Bu çalışmanın amacı esnek istihdam politikaları bağlamında sözleşmeli öğretmenlik konusunun öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin bakış açılarını göre eleştirel bir şekilde incelemek olduğu için bu araştırma fenomenolojik bir yaklaşım kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu belirlemek için kasıtlı örnekleme tekniklerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılının Ekim döneminde görev yapan 13 öğretmen araştırmada yer almıştır. Bu çalışmada katılımcılara, nitel araştırmalarda veri toplamak için yaygın bir araç olan açık uçlu soruların yer aldığı görüşme formları verilmiş ve formları doldurmaları istenmiştir Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak, sözleşmeli öğretmenlik uygulamalarının öğretmenlerin kariyerlerine ve iş güvencelerine etkisi karmaşıktır ve farklılık gösterir. Sözleşmeli öğretmenler, iş bulma kolaylığı ve farklı deneyim kazanma fırsatları gibi avantajlar görürken, iş güvencesi eksikliği motivasyonlarını düşürebilir. Eğitim sistemi üzerindeki etkileri değerlendiren öğretmen önerileri, öğrenci merkezli eğitim, dijital teknolojilerin kullanımı, mesleki gelişim, mentorluk programları ve işbirliği gibi önemli alanları kapsar. The aim of this study is to evaluate the issue of contracted teaching in the context of flexible employment policies according to teachers' views. Since the aim of the study is to critically examine the teachers' perspectives, this research was designed using a phenomenological approach. Maximum variation sampling, one of the deliberate sampling techniques, was used to determine the study group of the research. Thirteen teachers working in the October semester of the 2023-2024 academic year took part in the study. In this study, the participants were given interview forms with open-ended questions, a common tool for data collection in qualitative research, and asked to fill out the forms. Based on teachers' views, the impact of contract teaching practices on teachers' careers and job security is complex and varied. While contract teachers see advantages such as ease of finding a job and opportunities to gain different experiences, the lack of job security can demotivate them. Teacher recommendations assessing the impact on the education system cover important areas such as student-centered education, the use of digital technologies, professional development, mentoring programs and collaboration. These recommendations offer potential to improve the quality of education and improve teachers' working conditions. In conclusion, contract teaching is a complex concept that shapes teachers' careers and the education system. |
