Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı hayat boyu öğrenmeye yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme stratejisi kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Bu yöntemle araştırmaya dahil edilen 14 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu meydana getirmektedir. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, öğretmenlerin ifadeleri, hayat boyu öğrenmeye olan güçlü inançlarını ve sürekli gelişim arzularını yansıtmaktadır. Kendi öğrenme deneyimlerini ve öğrencilerinden aldıkları ilhamı temel alarak, öğretme ve öğrenme yaklaşımlarını şekillendirdiklerini görüyoruz. Bu yaklaşımlar öğrencilere örnek olma, hayat boyu öğrenme bilincini aşılama ve öğrenme motivasyonunu artırma amacını taşımaktadır. Öğretmenler, farklı öğrenme yöntemlerini benimseyerek sürekli gelişim sağlıyorlar; bu da öğrencilere çeşitli öğrenme yollarını göstermektedir. Deneyimleri, öğrencilere gerçek yaşam bağlamları sunma, soru sorma teşvik etme gibi yöntemlerle öğrenme deneyimini daha etkili hale getirmektedir. Sonuç olarak, öğretmenlerin sürekli öğrenme inancı ve uygulamaları, öğrencilerin öğrenme isteğini artırarak eğitim kalitesini yükseltebilir. |

The aim of this study is to determine teachers' views on lifelong learning. While determining the method of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. The research group was selected using the maximum diversity sampling strategy, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The 14 teachers included in the research with this method constitute the study group of the research. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the findings of the study, the teachers' statements reflect their strong belief in lifelong learning and their desire for continuous development. We see that they shape their teaching and learning approaches based on their own learning experiences and the inspiration they receive from their students. These approaches aim to set an example for students, instill an awareness of lifelong learning and increase motivation to learn. Teachers are continuously improving by adopting different learning methods, showing students a variety of ways of learning. Their experiences make the learning experience more effective by providing students with real life contexts, encouraging them to ask questions, etc. As a result, teachers' continuous learning beliefs and practices can improve the quality of education by increasing students' willingness to learn. |
