Anadolu Lisesi öğretmenlerinin meslek etiği ile ilgili görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu çalışmada nitel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntem ve tekniklerinden durum araştırması şeklinde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ordu ili Ünye ilçesinde Anadolu liselerinde görev yapan 14 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada sistematik olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve bu örnekleme yönteminin çeşitlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi ile çalışmanın örneklemi belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama süreci katılımcıların uygunluk durumlarına göre yüz yüze şeklinde yapılmıştır. Bunun sonucunda ise verilerden uygun tema ve kategoriler oluşturulmuş uygun kodlamalarla içerik analizi yapılmıştır. araştırma sonuçlarına göre: Öğretmenlerin öğrencilere yönelik mesleki etik normlarla ilgili görüşleri teması altında, öğretmenlerin öğrencilere iyi rol model olmaları, saygılı, adil ve dürüst olmaları gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin öğrencilerin özel hayatları ve durumlarıyla ilgili gizlilik ve güvenilirlik ilkelerine dikkat etmeleri gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin eğitimciler ve okul yönetimine yönelik etik normlarla ilgili görüşleri teması altında, öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerine ve meslektaşlarına saygılı olmaları, mesleki etik kurallarına uyum sağlamanın kurum başarısını artıracağı ve okul kültürünü oluşturacağı görüşleri dile getirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin velilere ve topluma yönelik etik normlarla ilgili görüşleri teması altında, öğretmenlerin toplumdaki etik normları temsil etme sorumluluğuna sahip olmaları, velilerle iletişime açık olmaları, velilerle iş birliği yaparak öğrencilerin gelişimine katkıda bulunmaları önemli görüşlerdir. |

In this study, which aims to determine the views of Anatolian High School teachers on professional ethics, qualitative method was used. The research was designed as a case study from qualitative research methods and techniques. The study group of the research consists of 14 teachers working in Anatolian high schools in Ünye district of Ordu province. In this study, purposeful sampling method, one of the non-systematic sampling methods, was used and the sample of the study was determined by maximum variation sampling, one of the types of this sampling method. Semi-structured interview technique was used in this study. The data collection process was conducted face-to-face according to the availability of the participants. As a result, appropriate themes and categories were created from the data and content analysis was performed with appropriate coding: Under the theme of teachers' views on professional ethical norms for students, it was emphasized that teachers should be good role models for students, be respectful, fair and honest. In addition, it was stated that teachers should pay attention to the principles of confidentiality and reliability regarding students' private lives and situations. Under the theme of teachers' views on ethical norms for educators and school administration, it was emphasized that teachers should be respectful to school principals and colleagues, and that compliance with professional ethical rules would increase the success of the institution and create school culture. Under the theme of teachers' views on ethical norms towards parents and society, teachers' having the responsibility to represent ethical norms in society, being open to communication with parents, and contributing to the development of students by cooperating with parents are important views. |
