Abstract
Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı obsesif kompulsif bozukluk yaşayan bireylerde BDT yaklaşımının kullanımını incelemektir. Yapılan bu çalışmada sistematik derleme yöntemi kullanılmış olup saha çalışması ya da herhangi bir ölçek kullanılmamıştır. Sadece Türkçe ve İngilizce dillerinde ele alınan çalışmalar 2005-2022 yılları arasındadır. Bu çalışmalar araştırma makalelerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu derleme çalışması Şubat, 2023 ve Mayıs, 2023 olmak üzere iki aşamada gerçekleşmiştir. Yapılan literatür taraması sonucunda 5 çalışma ele alınmıştır. Ele alınan bu 5 çalışma sonucunda BDT’nin terapiye uyumu arttırıcı ve ulaşılabilirliği ve tedavi sonrası kazanımları açısından etkin bir yöntem olduğu görülmüştür. OKB yaşayan bireylere BDT uygulandıktan sonra semptomların büyük ölçüde azaldığı ve ortadan kaybolduğu bulunmuştur. Bu nedenle de OKB tedavisinde BDT tedavi yaklaşımı etkili bir yöntemdir.

Abstract
The aim of this review is to examine the use of the CBT approach in individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder. In this study, the systematic review method was used, and no field study or any scale was used. Only studies in Turkish and English languages are between 2005-2022. These studies consist of research articles. This compilation study was carried out in two stages as February, 2023 and May, 2023. As a result of the literature review, 5 studies were discussed. As a result of these 5 studies, it was seen that CBT is an effective method in terms of increasing compliance with therapy and accessibility and post-treatment gains. It was found that the symptoms were greatly reduced and disappeared after CBT was applied to individuals experiencing OCD. Therefore, the CBT treatment approach is an effective method in the treatment of OCD.
