Bu çalışmanın amacı öğrencilerin motivasyonunu artırmak için öğretmenlerin uyguladığı stratejilerin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile araştırmaya 13 öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış 3 sorudan oluşan bir görüşme formu tercih edilmiştir. Ulaşılan veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, öğrencilerin özgüvenlerini artırmak ve öğrenme motivasyonunu teşvik etmek için kullanılabilecek stratejilere odaklanmaktadır. Değerlendirmeler, öğrencilerin özgüvenlerini artırmak için olumlu geri bildirimler, ulaşılabilir hedefler belirleme, öğrencilere kontrol ve sorumluluk verme, hataları olumlu bir şekilde ele alma ve farklı öğrenme fırsatları sunma gibi stratejilere vurgu yapmaktadır. Bu stratejiler, öğrencilerin özgüvenlerini artırarak öğrenme süreçlerine daha fazla katılım sağlamalarını teşvik etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Aynı zamanda, öğrencilerin ilgi alanlarına odaklanarak derse daha fazla ilgi göstermelerini teşvik etme stratejileri de önerilmektedir. Bu ifadeler, öğrencilerin kişisel gelişimlerini desteklemeyi ve öğrenme deneyimlerini daha anlamlı hale getirmeyi amaçlayan önemli stratejileri vurgulamaktadır. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate the strategies used by teachers to increase students' motivation. While determining the method of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. In this context, 13 teachers were included in the study with convenience sampling method. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 3 questions was preferred as a data collection tool. The data obtained were evaluated by content analysis. According to the findings of the study, it focuses on strategies that can be used to increase students' self-confidence and promote learning motivation. The evaluations emphasize strategies such as positive feedback, setting achievable goals, giving students control and responsibility, handling mistakes positively, and providing different learning opportunities to increase students' self-confidence. These strategies aim to increase students' self-confidence and encourage greater engagement in the learning process. At the same time, strategies to encourage students to show more interest in the lesson by focusing on their interests are also suggested. These statements highlight important strategies aimed at supporting students' personal development and making their learning experiences more meaningful. |
