Abstract
Engelli bireylerin spor alanındaki varlığı ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar, toplumsal eşitlik, kaynaştırma, özsaygı, özgüven ve toplumsal algının değişimi gibi temel kavramlarla bağlantılı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Engellilerin spor yapması, fiziksel sağlık, duygusal sağlık ve sosyal entegrasyon açısından önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Engelli sporculara yönelik geliştirilen özel ekipmanlar ve inovasyonlar, sporun daha erişilebilir ve etkili hale gelmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Spor yönetimi alanında, engellilerin spora entegrasyonunu artırmak ve spor etkinliklerini yönetmek için çeşitli stratejiler bulunmaktadır. Engellilerin sporuna sağlanan finansman ve destek, sporun daha geniş bir kitleye ulaşmasını ve gelişimini destekleyebilmektedir. Bu kapsamda yapılan çalışmada, engellilerin spordaki varlığı irdelenerek spor yönetiminde inovasyon perspektifinden engellilere yönelik mevcut durumun ortaya konulması ve geleceğe yönelik yenilikçi bir çözüm sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, engellilerin spor dünyasında daha etkin bir şekilde yer alması için geliştirilebilecek stratejilere ve gelecekteki yönelimlere ışık tutmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda engelli bireylere yönelik ulaşılan birincil ve ikincil belgeler ışığında değerlendirilmiştir. Engellilerin spor alanındaki varlığının toplumda kabul görmesi, medya temsilleri ve teknolojik gelişmelerin etkisi gibi konuların gelecekteki potansiyelini belirleyeceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Engellilerin spor alanındaki varlığının gelecekteki potansiyeli ve teknolojik ilerlemeler, sporun daha erişilebilir ve çeşitli hale gelmesine fırsatlar sunabilir. Bu stratejilerin bir araya gelmesiyle, engellilerin spor alanındaki rolü toplumda daha fazla kabul görebilir ve bu bireylerin sporla etkileşimi artabilir.

It has been concluded that issues such as the acceptance of the presence of disabled people in the field of sports in society, media representations and the impact of technological developments will determine their future potential. The future potential of the presence of disabled people in sports and technological advances may provide opportunities for sports to become more accessible and diverse. With the combination of these strategies, the role of disabled people in the field of sports can be more accepted in society and the interaction of these individuals with sports can increase.
