Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim yönetiminde kuram ve uygulama ilişkisini öğretmen görüşlerine göre belirlemektir. Çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin bakış açılarını göre eleştirel bir şekilde incelemek olduğu için bu araştırma fenomenolojik bir yaklaşım kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu belirlemek için kasıtlı örnekleme tekniklerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılının Ekim döneminde görev yapan 14 öğretmen araştırmada yer almıştır. Bu çalışmada katılımcılara, nitel araştırmalarda veri toplamak için yaygın bir araç olan açık uçlu soruların yer aldığı görüşme formları verilmiş ve formları doldurmaları istenmiştir Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.Öğretmenlerin ifadeleri, eğitim yönetimi kuramlarının sınıf içi uygulamalara nasıl katkı sağladığını ve öğrenci başarısını artırmak için nasıl entegre edildiğini göstermektedir. Eğitim yönetimi teorileri, günlük sınıf içi deneyimlere rehberlik ederek öğrencilere daha etkili öğrenme fırsatları sunmaktadır. Öğretmenler, bu teorileri sınıf yönetimi, motivasyon, iletişim ve öğrenci merkezli öğrenme gibi günlük uygulamalara birebir entegre ettiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Bu, eğitim yönetimi alanındaki teorik bilginin uygulamada somut sonuçlara dönüştüğünü göstermekte ve öğrencilerin başarısını artırmak için önemli bir kaynak sunmaktadır.

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between theory and practice in educational administration according to teachers' views. Since the aim of the study is to critically examine the teachers' perspectives, this research was constructed using a phenomenological approach. Maximum variation sampling, one of the deliberate sampling techniques, was used to determine the study group. Fourteen teachers working in the October semester of the 2023-2024 academic year took part in the study. In this study, the participants were given interview forms with open-ended questions, a common tool for data collection in qualitative research, and asked to fill out the forms. Teachers' statements show how educational management theories contribute to classroom practices and how they are integrated to improve student achievement. Educational management theories guide daily classroom experiences and provide students with more effective learning opportunities. Teachers reported that they integrate these theories into daily practices such as classroom management, motivation, communication, and student-centered learning. This shows that theoretical knowledge in the field of educational management translates into concrete results in practice and provides an important resource for improving students' achievement. |
