Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmen değerlendirme sistemlerinin eğitim yönetimine katkıları ve zorluklarının değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile araştırmaya 13 öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış 3 sorudan oluşan bir görüşme formu tercih edilmiştir. Ulaşılan veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Öğretmen değerlendirme sistemlerinin eğitim yönetimine katkı sağlayabileceği belirtilmektedir. Bu sistemler, öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimini destekler ve okulun güçlü ve zayıf yönlerini belirlemeye yardımcı olabilir. Ayrıca, eğitim politikalarının şekillendirilmesi ve öğrenci başarısının artırılmasında kullanılabilirler. Ancak, öğretmenler bu sistemleri kullanırken iş yükü, rekabet ve objektiflik konularında zorluklarla karşılaşabilirler. Bu nedenle, değerlendirme sistemlerinin tasarımı ve desteklenmesi önemlidir. Öğretmenler, öğrenci odaklı ve çeşitlendirilmiş değerlendirme yaklaşımlarını desteklemektedirler. Değerlendirme sonuçlarının öğrenci öğrenme deneyimlerini ve öğretmen gelişimini desteklemesi gerektiğini vurguluyorlar. Bu, öğretmenlerin profesyonel büyüme ve öğrenci başarılarını artırma amacıyla kullanılmasını gerektirir. Bu görüşler, öğretmen değerlendirme sistemlerinin daha etkili ve öğrenci odaklı hale getirilmesi gerektiğini özetlemektedir. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate the contributions and challenges of teacher evaluation systems to educational administration. While determining the methodology of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. In this context, 13 teachers were included in the study through convenience sampling method. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 3 questions was preferred as a data collection tool. The data obtained were evaluated by content analysis. It is stated that teacher evaluation systems can contribute to educational administration. These systems support the professional development of teachers and can help identify the strengths and weaknesses of the school. They can also be used to shape educational policies and improve student achievement. However, teachers may face challenges in terms of workload, competition and objectivity when using these systems. Therefore, it is important to design and support assessment systems. Teachers support student-centered and diversified assessment approaches. They emphasize that assessment results should support student learning experiences and teacher development. This implies that they should be used for teachers' professional growth and to improve student achievement. These views summarize the need to make teacher evaluation systems more effective and student-focused. |
