Müdürlerin Öğretmenlere Yönelik Örgütsel Destek ve İşbirliğini Teşvik Edici Yaklaşımına Yönelik Öğretmen Görüşleri

Bu çalışmanın amacı müdürlerin öğretmenlere yönelik örgütsel destek ve işbirliğini teşvik edici yaklaşımına yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme stratejisi kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Bu yöntemle araştırmaya dahil edilen 15 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu meydana getirmektedir. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, öğretmenlerin görüşleri, okul yönetimi ve müdürünün öğretmenlere yönelik örgütsel destek ve işbirliği teşvik edici yaklaşımlarının olumlu sonuçlar doğurduğunu göstermektedir. Bu yaklaşım, öğretmenlerin motive olmasını, işbirliği içinde daha etkili olmalarını sağlamakta ve eğitim kalitesini artırıcı bir etki yaratmaktadır. Müdürlerin öğretmenlerin fikirlerini önemseme ve projelere destek verme çabaları, yaratıcı düşünce ve inisiyatifi teşvik ederek okuldaki inovasyonu artırabilmektedir. Aynı zamanda müdürlerin öğretmenlerin kişisel ve profesyonel gelişimini desteklemesi, öğretmenlerin kendilerini yetkin hissetmelerini sağlayarak öğrenci deneyimini olumlu etkileyebilir. Bu sonuçlar, okul yönetimi ve müdürünün öğretmenlere yönelik destek ve işbirliği teşvik etme yaklaşımının, okulun başarısını, öğrenci deneyimini ve öğretmen memnuniyetini artırdığını göstermektedir. |

The purpose of this study is to evaluate teachers' views on principals' organizational support for teachers and their approach to encouraging cooperation. While determining the methodology of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. The research group was selected using the maximum diversity sampling strategy, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The study group consisted of 15 teachers who were included in the research with this method. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the findings of the study, the opinions of the teachers show that the organizational support and cooperation encouraging approaches of the school administration and principal towards teachers have positive results. This approach motivates teachers, enables them to be more effective in cooperation and creates an effect that improves the quality of education. Principals' efforts to value teachers' ideas and support their projects can increase innovation in schools by encouraging creative thinking and initiative. At the same time, principals' support for teachers' personal and professional development can positively affect the student experience by making teachers feel competent. These results suggest that the school administration and principal's approach of encouraging teacher support and collaboration increases school success, student experience, and teacher satisfaction. |
