Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı İmam Hatip Liselerinde müdür ve müdür yardımcılarının değişim liderliği rolüne yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma için kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen 15 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verileri elde etmek için araştırmacı yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirmiştir. Veri analizinde kullanılmak üzere, görüşme formundan toplanan ham veriler metodolojik olarak işlenmiştir. Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, İmam Hatip Liseleri yöneticilerinin değişim liderliği ile öğrenci başarısı ve okul performansını artırmayı amaçladığını ve bu amaçla öğrenci merkezli, dini değerlere uygun, çağdaş ve yenilikçi yaklaşımlar benimsediğini gösteriyor. Müdürler ve müdür yardımcıları öğrencilerin özgün potansiyellerini keşfetmeleri ve geliştirmeleri için çaba göstererek, İslami değerleri modern eğitim anlayışıyla sentezlemeyi hedefliyorlar. Ayrıca, eğitim programlarını güncelleyerek öğrencileri geleceğin gereksinimlerine hazırlamayı amaçlıyorlar. İşbirliği ve iletişim içinde, öğretmenlerin görüşleri ve deneyimleri değerlendirilerek değişim süreçleri yönlendiriliyor. Bu yaklaşım öğrencilere daha zengin ve çeşitli bir eğitim deneyimi sunmayı hedeflerken, okulun genel performansını artırmayı amaçlıyor. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate the views of principals and vice principals in Imam Hatip High Schools on the change leadership role. Phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was used in this study. The study group consisted of 15 teachers selected using convenience sampling method. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form. The researcher conducted face-to-face interviews to obtain the data. The raw data collected from the interview form were methodologically processed for data analysis. The data were evaluated using content analysis. According to the findings of the study, Imam Hatip High School principals aim to increase student achievement and school performance through change leadership and for this purpose, they adopt student-centered, religious, contemporary and innovative approaches. Principals and vice principals strive to help students discover and develop their unique potential and aim to synthesize Islamic values with modern educational approaches. They also aim to prepare students for the needs of the future by updating educational programs. In collaboration and communication, teachers' views and experiences are utilized to guide the change process. This approach aims to provide students with a richer and more diverse educational experience, while improving the overall performance of the school. |
