Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin etkili okul özelliklerine yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, kolayda örneklem yaklaşımı kullanılarak araştırmaya dâhil edilen 14 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak için yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı verileri elde etmek için yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirmiştir. Görüşme formundan elde edilen ham veriler, veri analizinde kullanılmak üzere yöntemsel olarak hazırlanmıştır. İçerik analizi ile verilerin değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların görüşleri incelendiğinde, öğrencilerin en önemli ihtiyaçlarının iletişim ve iş birliği, eğitim ortamı ve destek olma olduğu ortaya çıktı. Öğretmen-öğrenci ilişkilerinin etkili olması için saygı, sevgi, karşılıklı güven ve iletişim, hoşgörü ve seviye önemli faktörler olarak belirlendi. Öğretmenlerin en önemli görevlerinin öğrenci merkezli öğretim, etkili eğitim-öğretim faaliyetleri, sınıf yönetimi ve öğrenci ilişkileri olduğu vurgulandı. Okulda öğrencilerin farklı öğrenme ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermek için ihtiyaç planlaması ve öğretim yöntemleri kullanmanın önemi vurgulanmıştır. |

The aim of this study is to determine teachers' views on effective school characteristics. In this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group consisted of 14 teachers and parents who were included in the study using a convenience sampling approach. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect data. The researcher conducted face-to-face interviews to obtain data. The raw data obtained from the interview form were methodologically prepared to be used in data analysis. Content analysis was used to evaluate the data. When the opinions of the participants were analyzed, it was revealed that the most important needs of the students were communication and cooperation, educational environment and support. Respect, love, mutual trust and communication, tolerance and level were identified as important factors for effective teacher-student relationships. It was emphasized that the most important duties of teachers are student-centered teaching, effective teaching-learning activities, classroom management and student relations. The importance of using needs planning and teaching methods to respond to the different learning needs of students in school was emphasized. |
