Bu çalışmanın amacı okulöncesi eğitimde kalite faktörlerinin öğretmen ve yönetici görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesidir. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında devlet okullarında görev yapan toplamda 13 okul yöneticisi ve öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Katılımcıların görüşlerini ortaya koymaları için görüşme yöntemi tercih edilmiş, veri toplama aracı olarak ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından yüz yüze görüşmeler neticesinde toplanmıştır. Görüşme formundan elde edilen verilerin analizi için içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulardan bazıları şunlardır: fiziksel ortamın çevre sınırlarına uygun olması; sosyal ve duygusal ortamın sağlıklı olması; destekleyici ve öncü liderlerin yardımıyla kaliteli eğitimin yaratılabilmesi; öğretmenin ve öğrenme ortamının fiziksel koşullarının eğitimin kalitesini artırması; iletişime önem verilmesi ve ailenin eğitime katılımı kaliteyi oluşturan unsurlar olarak değerlendirilmiştir. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality factors in preschool education according to the views of teachers and administrators. The study group of this research consists of a total of 13 administrators and teachers working in public schools in the 2022-2023 academic year. Purposive sampling method was preferred in the study. The interview method was preferred for the participants to reveal their views, and the semi-structured interview technique was used as a data collection tool. The data were collected by the researcher through face-to-face interviews. Content analysis was used to analyze the data obtained from the interview form. Some of the findings obtained from the research are as follows: the physical environment is appropriate to the environmental boundaries; the social and emotional environment is healthy; quality education can be created with the help of supportive and pioneering leaders; the physical conditions of the teacher and the learning environment increase the quality of education; the importance of communication and the participation of the family in education are considered as the elements that constitute quality. |
