Okul Yöneticileri ve Öğretmenlerin Denizli merkez ilçelerinde 2022-2023 eğitim yılında, eğitim kurumlarında çalışan idarecilerin ve öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımı yeterliklerinin araştırıldığı bu araştırma, tarama modelinde ve nicel bir çalışmadır. Kolay ulaşılabilir örneklem yöntemiyle 509 okul idarecisi ve öğretmene ulaşılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Okul idarecileri ve öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanım yeterlikleri alanında en yüksek yeterliklerini çok yüksek derecesinde web/internet kullanımı ve e-posta boyutlarında görmektedirler. Bunu teknolojiyle öğretim ve entegre uygulamalar boyutları yüksek derecede izlemektedir. Genel teknoloji yeterliklerini yüksek seviyede değerlendirmektedirler. Okul idarecileri ve öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanım yeterlikleri çalışılan ilçeye göre farklılık göstermez iken cinsiyete göre internet ve entegre uygulamalar boyutunda, internet kullanımında kadınlar, entegre uygulamalarda ise erkekler yüksek çıkmıştır. Okul idarecileri ve öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanım yeterlikleri, medeni durumlarına göre entegre uygulamalarda bekarlar ve öğrenim düzeylerine göre genel olarak lisansüstü mezunları yüksek çıkmıştır. Yaş değişkenine göre okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanım yeterlik algılarının teknolojiyle öğretimde farklılık göstermediği ancak e-posta, web/internet kullanımı, entegre uygulamalar boyutlarıyla genel teknoloji yeterliğinde genç yaşlardakiler lehine farklılık görülürken kıdemlerine göre bütün boyutlarda ve genel teknoloji yeterliğinde kıdemi az olanlar lehine yüksektir. Çalıştıkları kademelere göre web/internet kullanımı boyutunda okul öncesinde çalışanlar lehine ve teknoloji kullanımıyla ilgili eğitim almaya göre entegre uygulamalar boyutunda teknoloji kullanımıyla ilgili eğitim alanlar lehine yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. |

This research, which investigates the technology use competencies of school administrators and teachers working in public schools and institutions in the central districts of Denizli in the 2022-2023 academic year, is a survey model and a quantitative study. Data were collected by reaching 509 school administrators and teachers with easily accessible sampling method.School administrators and teachers see their highest proficiency in technology use proficiency in web/internet use and e-mail dimensions at a very high level. This is followed by the dimensions of teaching with technology and integrated applications to a high degree. They evaluate their general technology competencies at a high level.While the perceptions of school administrators and teachers' technology use proficiency did not differ according to the district where they were studied, it was found to be higher in favor of women in web-internet and integrated applications by gender, and in favor of men in integrated applications. Technology use proficiency perceptions of school administrators and teachers were found to be high in favor of singles in integrated applications according to their marital status, and in favor of postgraduate graduates in all dimensions according to education level. According to the age variable, school administrators and teachers' perceptions of technology use proficiency do not differ in teaching with technology, but there is a difference in favor of young people in terms of e-mail, web/internet use, integrated applications, while it is higher in favor of those with less seniority in terms of seniority and general technology proficiency. According to the levels they work, it was determined that it was higher in favor of pre-school workers in the dimension of web / internet use, and in favor of those who received training on the use of technology in the dimension of integrated applications compared to receiving training on technology use. |
