Temel eğitimde matematik dersi öğretim programına yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin belirlenmesini amaçlayan bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada, nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 15 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma problemlerine ilişkin ayrıntılı veri elde edebilmek amacıyla amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenen öğretmenler ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, öğretmenlerin görüşlerini ortaya koymak amacıyla, yapılacak görüşmelerde kullanılmak için beş sorudan oluşan yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşme formu geliştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerin analizi için içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bazı sonuçlar şu şekildedir: Temel eğitimde matematik dersi öğretim programına yönelik öğretmen görüşleri değerlendirildiğinde; genel olarak kapsam ve içerik açısından yeterli olarak değerlendirilse de bazı öğretmenler yetersiz olduğunu ve yaş gruplarına uygun olması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Kazanımların sayısı ve niteliği ile ilgili olarak ise bazı öğretmenler tarafından sayı olarak çok fazla olduğu ifade edilirken, bazı öğretmenler yetersiz olarak değerlendirmişlerdir. Kazanımların niteliği nitelik açısından yetersiz olduğunu düşünen öğretmenler seviyeye uygun olarak geliştirilmesi gerektiğini ifade edilmiştir. |

Qualitative research method was used in this study aiming to determine teachers' views on the mathematics curriculum in basic education. In this study, case study, one of the qualitative research designs, was used. The study group of the research consists of 15 classroom teachers. In order to obtain detailed data on the research problems, interviews were conducted with the teachers determined by using the maximum diversity sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods. In this study, in order to reveal the views of the teachers, a semi-structured interview form consisting of five questions was developed to be used in the interviews. Content analysis and descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews. Some of the results obtained from the research are as follows: When the teachers' opinions about the mathematics curriculum in basic education were evaluated; although it was generally evaluated as adequate in terms of scope and content, some teachers stated that it was inadequate and that it should be suitable for age groups. Regarding the number and quality of the objectives, while some teachers stated that the number of objectives was too high, some teachers evaluated them as insufficient. Teachers who thought that the quality of the objectives was insufficient in terms of quality stated that they should be developed in accordance with the level. |
