Abstract
Bu çalışmadan amaçlanan gerçeklik; aile gibi toplumsal yapının ana unsuru ve yapı taşı olan ve nihayetinde kişilerin kendisini beden ve ruh bütünlüğü adına ilk olarak bulduğu ve iletişime girdiği yapının, devlet ve yönetimi adına nasıl bir etkileşimde olduğudur. Bu etkileşimi anlayabilmek içinde; aile ve devlet yönetimi arasındaki ilişkisel bağın, etik ve genel kabul görmüş demokrasi değerlerinden uzaklaşılmaya başlanmasıyla beraber ne tür olumsuz evrilmelere sebebiyet verdiğinin neden sonuç ilişkisi içerisinde tespiti bağlamındadır. Kısacası, demokrasi olgusunun ihtiva ettiği eşitlik, özgürlük, adalet ve yansımaları adına da ekonomi, eğitim, fırsat eşitliği, kendisini ve inandığı değerleri özgürce ifade edebilme gibi kişilerin ve toplumların olmazsa olmazlarına dokunulduğunda, ailede menfi manada ne tür değişiklikleri sonuç verdiğinin tespiti yönüyledir.
Demokrasi olgusunu dinamik ve zengin kılan yapısal gerçekliklerin yine demokrasi gerçeğine sığınarak antidemokratik uygulamalara nasıl kapı araladığı anlaşılmaya çalışılacaktır. Anti-demokratik evrilmenin neticesi olarak da aile gibi toplumun nirengi noktası olan yapıya nasıl ve ne tür zararlar vererek toplumun genlerinde bozulmalara sebebiyet verdiğinin tespit ve tahlilleri yapılmaya çalışılacaktır. Sonuç itibariyle, yönetimsel yozlaşmayla beraber aile yapısında nasıl bir çürümeye sebep verdiğinin farkındalığı ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır.

The reality aimed from this study is the following: how the family, -which is the main element and building block of the social structure, and finally, is the structure in which people find themselves for the first time in the name of body and soul integrity-, interacts with the state and its administration. In order to understand this interaction; It will be determined that what kind of negative evolutions the relational bond between the family and the state administration causes, with the departure from ethical and generally accepted values of democracy, in a cause-effect relationship. In short, it is in terms of determining what kind of negative changes result in the family when the sine qua non of individuals and societies such as the economy, education, equality of opportunity, and the ability to freely express themselves and the values they believe in on behalf of the equality, freedom, justice and reflections of the phenomenon of democracy are damaged.
It will be tried to understand how the structural realities that make the phenomenon of democracy dynamic and rich open the door to antidemocratic practices by taking refuge in the reality of democracy As a result of the anti-democratic evolution, it will be tried to determine and analyze how and what kind of damage it causes to the structure, which is the triangulation point of the society, such as the family, causing deterioration in the genes of the society.
