Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Temel Eğitimde görevli yönetici ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin sergiledikleri liderlik davranışlarına ilişkin algılarının nasıl olduğunu saptamaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında Batman il merkezindeki 57 ilkokulda görev yapan 160 yönetici ve 889 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Evrenden random yöntemi ile seçilen 36 okul ve bu okullarda görevli 88 yönetici ile 240 öğretmen araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Bu durumda, örneklemin evreni temsil etme oranı yöneticilerde %55, öğretmenlerde ise % 27’dir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of the administrators and classroom teachers in Basic Education regarding the leadership behaviors they exhibit. The universe of the research consists of 160 administrators and 889 classroom teachers working in 57 primary schools in the city center of Batman in the 2013-2014 academic year. The sample of the study consisted of 36 schools randomly selected from the population and 88 administrators and 240 teachers working in these schools. In this case, the proportion of the sample representing the universe is 55% for administrators and 27% for teachers.
