Abstract
Araştırmada lise öğretmenlerinin lider desteği ve yaşam kalite algıları arasında bir ilişki bulunup bulunmadığını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amacın yanında lise öğretmenlerinin lider desteği ve yaşam kalite algı düzeylerinin belirlenmesi, onların mesleki kıdemi, öğrenim durumu, okulun bulunduğu yerleşim yeri, görev yapılan okulun türü değişkenleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık olup/olmadığının saptanması da araştırmada amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda ilişkisel tarama modeli yöntem olarak tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Malatya ili ve ilçelerinde kamu ve özel liselerde görev yapan 3907 lise öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini “Oransız Küme Örnekleme” yöntemi ile belirlenen 1181 lise öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan veri veri toplama aracının birinci bölümünde araştırmaya katılan lise öğretmenlerinin demografik bilgilerinin yer aldığı “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”; ikinci bölümünde “Lider Desteği Ölçeği”, üçüncü bölümünde ise “İş Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği” bulunmaktadır. İfade edilen veri toplama araçları ile toplanan araştırma verileri normal dağılım göstermeleri dolayısıyla betimsel istatistiki yöntemlerin yanında Bağımsız Örneklemler t-Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analiz, Pearson Korelasyon ve Basit Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda lise öğretmenlerinin lider desteği ve yaşam kalitesi algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada lise öğretmenlerinin lider desteği ve yaşam kalitesi algıları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunlara ek olarak lise öğretmenlerinin lider desteği algılarının yaşam kalitesi algılarını anlamlı bir biçimde yordadığı belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre lider desteğinin öğretmenlerin yaşam kalitesi algılarını arttırmakta olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, öğretmenlerin yaşam kalite algılarının ileri seviyelere ulaşılabilmesini sağlamak için okullarda eğitim yöneticilerinin lider desteği davranışlarının gerektirdiği eylemlerini arttırmaları gerektiği önerilebilir.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine whether there is a relationship between high school teachers' perceptions of leader support and quality of life. In addition to this purpose, it was also aimed to determine the leadership support and quality of life perception levels of high school teachers, to determine whether or not there is a significant difference in terms of their professional seniority, educational status, location of the school, and the type of school they work in. For the purposes of the research, the relational scanning model was preferred as a method. The universe of the research consists of 3907 high school teachers working in public and private high schools in Malatya province and its districts. The sample of the research consists of 1181 high school teachers determined by the “Disproportionate Cluster Sampling” method. In the first part of the data collection tool used in the research, the "Personal Information Form", which includes the demographic information of the high school teachers participating in the research; The second part includes the “Leader Support Scale” and the third part includes the “Work Life Quality Scale”. Due to the normal distribution of the research data collected with the stated data collection tools, they were analyzed by using Independent Samples t-Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson Correlation and Simple Linear Regression Analysis as well as descriptive statistical methods. As a result of the research, it was determined that high school teachers' perceptions of leader support and quality of life were high. In addition, in the study, it was determined that there was a positive and significant relationship between high school teachers' perceptions of leader support and quality of life. In addition, it was determined that high school teachers' perceptions of leader support significantly predicted their perceptions of quality of life. According to the results obtained in the research, it was determined that leader support increases teachers' quality of life perceptions. In this context, it can be suggested that education administrators should increase the actions required by leader support behaviors in schools in order to ensure that teachers' quality of life perceptions can be reached to advanced levels.
