Abstract
Yazının icadından itibaren insanoğlu sürekli gelişim içerisine girmiştir. Bilgilerin kalıcılığının ve tarihteki olayların kayıt altına alınması ve teknolojik gelişmenin tabanını oluşturması açısından yazının icadının da veri tabanlarındaki etkisinin son derece etkili bir teknolojik gelişme olduğunu göz ardı etmek mümkün değildir. Günümüz çağında özellikle 1980 sonrası teknolojik gelişmelerin hızlı bir değişim evresine girmesiyle de günümüzün ‘teknoloji çağı, bilgi çağı, internet çağı’’ olarak bilim insanları tarafından adlandırılabileceği ele alınmaktadır. Teknolojik gelişmelerdeki telefon, tablet, bilgisayar, internet kullanımı da çağın en önemli araçlarını oluşturmaktadır.
Gelişen teknolojik gelişmelerde; kıtalar, ülkeler, coğrafyalar, bölgeler arasındaki farklılıklardaki bilgi iletişim teknolojisi kullanımını ortaya sayısal uçurum olarak ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki teknolojik farklılıklarda bireylerin bilgilere erişiminde sayısal derecede aralarındaki farkın daha da arttığını göstermektedir. Bilgi ve İletişim Teknoloji'si (BİT) kullanımındaki altyapı yetersizliği ve bilgi yetersizliği olan ülkeler, firmalar, bireyler arasındaki adaletsizliği ve eşitsizliği ortaya çıkarmaktadır; sayısal uçurum daha da artmaktadır. Birçok ülke kendi politikalarını üreterek sayısal uçurum ağındaki farklılığı gidermek amacıyla sayısal uçurum üzerine raporlar ve ölçümler yaparak daha kalıcı çözümler üretmek için girişimlerde bulunmaktadır.
Bu çalışmanın amacı, kendisi küçük ve görünmeyen etkisi küresel bazda hissedilen Covid-19 pandemisinin etkisinin; sayısal uçurum bakış açısıyla, ekonomideki seçilmiş sektörler açısından etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Dünya'da yaklaşık 6,8 milyon kişinin vefat etmesine neden olan ve dünyayı da her sektörde etki altına alan Covid-19 virüsü bu sektörleri olumsuz etkilemiştir. Çalışmada nitel yöntem araştırma tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Türkiye’de Covid-19 Pandemisi sayısal uçurum farkındalığı açıklanmış ve hane halkları başta olmak üzere sağlık sektörü, eğitim-öğretim sektörü, turizm sektörü, ulaşım sektörü, enerji sektörü, tarım sektörü ve lojistik sektörleri üzerlerindeki Covid-19 Pandemisi’nin etkileri incelenmiştir.

Abstract
Since the invention of writing, human beings have been in constant development. It is not possible to ignore the effect of the invention of writing on databases as a highly effective technological development in terms of recording the permanence of information and events in history and forming the basis of technological development. In today's age, especially after 1980, with the technological developments entering a rapid change phase, it is discussed that today's 'technology age, information age, internet age' can be called by scientists. The use of phones, tablets, computers and the internet in technological developments constitute the most important tools of the age.
In the developing technological developments; the use of information and communication technology in the differences between continents, countries, geographies and regions reveals a digital gap. The technological differences between the development levels of the countries show that the numerical difference between individuals in accessing information has increased even more. Inadequate infrastructure and lack of information in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) reveal injustice and inequality between countries, companies and individuals; the digital gap is getting bigger. Many countries are attempting to produce more permanent solutions by making reports and measurements on the digital gap in order to eliminate the difference in the digital gap network by producing their own policies.
The aim of this study is to reveal the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is small and invisible on a global basis, in terms of selected sectors in the economy, from the perspective of the digital gap. The Covid-19 virus, which caused the death of approximately 6.8 million people in the world and affected the world in every sector, adversely affected these sectors. In the study, qualitative method research technique was used. Awareness of the Covid-19 Pandemic digital gap in Turkey was announced and the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic on households, especially the health sector, education sector, tourism sector, transportation sector, energy sector, agriculture sector and logistics sectors were examined.
