Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul müdürlerinin karar verme stillerinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre incelenmesidir. Araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evreni, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Malatya ilinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı Galip Demirel ortaokulu (80 öğretmen), Barguzu ortaokulu (40 öğretmen), Farabi ortaokulu (44 öğretmen), Recai Kutan ortaokulu (53 öğretmen), Cahide Nebioğlu ortaokulu (43 öğretmen), Abdulkadir eriş ortaokulu (50 öğretmen), Biruni Ortaokulu (31 öğretmen) ve Abdulhamihan Ortaokulunda (71 öğretmen) görev yapmakta olan toplam 412 öğretmendir. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise evren içerisinden rastgele örneklem yöntemi le ulaşılmış 200 öğretmendir. Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla sorulmuş 6 soru yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise “Melbourne Karar Verme Ölçeği” bulunmaktadır. Araştırma verileri SPSS 24.0 istatistiksel veri değerlendirme programı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlılık durumunun tespit edilmesi amacıyla t Testi ve ANOVA testi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada anlamlılık düzeyi p=0.05 olarak alınmıştır.
Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre okul müdürlerinin dikkatli karar verme stilini kullandıkları, öğretmenlerin farklı kişisel özelliklerine göre bir ayrım yapmadan kararlarını objektif olarak alabildikleri belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the decision-making styles of school principals according to the opinions of teachers. The research is a descriptive study in the survey model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The universe of the research is Galip Demirel secondary school (80 teachers), Barguzu secondary school (40 teachers), Farabi secondary school (44 teachers), Recai Kutan secondary school (53 teachers), Cahide Nebioğlu secondary school ( 43 teachers), Abdulkadir Access Secondary School (50 teachers), Biruni Secondary School (31 teachers) and Abdulhamihan Secondary School (71 teachers) are a total of 412 teachers. The sample of the research is 200 teachers who were reached from the universe by random sampling method. The data collection tool of the research consists of two parts. In the first part, there are 6 questions asked to determine the demographic characteristics of the teachers participating in the research. In the second part, there is the “Melbourne Decision-Making Scale”. Research data were made with SPSS 24.0 statistical data evaluation program. In order to determine the statistical significance between the dependent and independent variables of the study, t-test and ANOVA test were performed. The level of significance in the study was taken as p=0.05.
As a result of the research, it was determined that school principals use careful decision-making style according to the opinions of the teachers, and that they can take their decisions objectively without making any distinctions based on their different personal characteristics.
