Abstract
Sinema birçok disiplinler arası çalışmayla iç içe olan bir sanat dalıdır. Sosyoloji, psikoloji, siyaset bilimi gibi alanlarda çalışma yürüten araştırmacılar, sıklıkla sinemadan yararlanmıştır. Sinema için de aynı şeyi söylemek mümkündür. Zira sinema, çoğu zaman kendi teorisini bu alanlardan yararlanarak oluşturmuştur. Bu minvalde, sinemanın kendisini bu alanlardan bir başkası olan felsefe ile de harmanlamış olduğu bir gerçektir. Bu çalışmada felsefe tarihinde önemli çalışmalar yapmış olan ünlü İtalyan filozof Giorgio Agamben’in siyasal teorisi ışığında, sinema tarihinin önemli yönetmenlerinden birisi olan Andrei Tarkovsky’in 1983 yılında çekmiş olduğu uzun metrajlı filmi Nostalghia ele alınacaktır. İlk olarak çalışma içerisinde Giorgio Agamben’in “homo sacer”, “istisna hali”, “belirsizlik mıntıkası”, “eşik” gibi kavramlara getirmiş olduğu kuramsal çalışmalar incelenecektir. Ardından Andrei Tarkovsky’in felsefesi, onun yaşamından yola çıkılarak dünya sinema tarihi açısından konumlandırılmaya çalışılacaktır. Son olarak ise “Nostalghia filmi ile Giorgio Agamben’in teorileri arasında bir bağ kurulabilir mi?” “Eğer kurulabilirse bu bağın felsefe ve sinema ile olan ilişkisi hakkında hangi argümanlar ortaya atılabilir?” gibi sorulara paralel olarak çalışma içerisinde bir dizi tartışmalar yürütülecektir.

Abstract
Cinema is a branch of art which is intertwined with many interdisciplinary studies. Researchers in many fields, such as sociology, psychology, political science, often benefit from cinema. It is possible to say the same thing in cinema. Because cinema has often created its own theory by taking advantage of these fields. It is a fact that cinema itself is blended with philosophy, another of these fields. At this point, in light of the political theory of the famous Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben, who has carried out important studies in the history of philosophy, the Nostalgia, one of the feature films of Andrei Tarkovsky, one of the important directors of the history of cinema in 1983, will be discussed. In the first study, theoretical studies that Giorgio Agamben brought to the concepts such as “homo sacer”, “exception”, “uncertainty zone” and “threshold” will be examined. Then, the philosophy of Andrei Tarkovsky will be based on his life and will attempt to be positioned in terms of world cinema history. Finally, can there be a connection between “Nostalgia " and Giorgio Agamben's theories?“What arguments can be put forward about the relationship between philosophy and cinema if it can be established?” in parallel with the questions, there will be a series of discussions in the study.
