Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı, covid-19 sürecinde okullarda yaşanan sorunların yöneticiler tarafından değerlendirilerek çözüm önerilerinin belirlenmesidir. Nitel yöntem yürütülen bu çalışmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından literatür taranarak oluşturulan görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Görüşme formunda katılımcıların demografik verilerini elde etmek için 5, karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözümlere yönelik verileri elde etmek için ise 2 soru yer almaktadır. Çalışmada ortaokul yöneticilerinin covid-19 sürecinde tespit ettiği sorunlar teması altında, elektrik kesintisi, teknik sorunlar (pc, tablet,.. olmayışı), veli takibinin yetersizliği, motivasyon düşüklüğü ve sağlık sorunları alt temaları tespit edilmiştir.Covid-19 sürecinde tespit edilen sorunlara müdahale teması altında Eba destek noktasını öğrencilerin kullanıma hazır halde bulundurmak, öğrencilerin durumu hakkında velileri telefon ve mesajla bilgilendirmek, online derslerde öğretmenler arasında bilgi paylaşımıi yaparak, covid-19 salgınına karşı korunma yolları hakkında sık sık bilgilendirme ve sosyal medya üzerinde kişisel gelişim video ile destekleme alt temaları belirlenmiştir. Süreç içerisinde gözlenen gelişmeler doğrultusunda pandemi sürecinin devam etmekte olduğu ve eğitim-öğretime bu gerçekliğe uygun düzenlemelerin entegre edilmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to evaluate the problems experienced in schools during the covid-19 process by the administrators and to determine the solution suggestions. The data of this study, in which the qualitative method was carried out, were collected by the researcher through an interview form created by scanning the literature. In the interview form, there are 5 questions to obtain the demographic data of the participants, and 2 questions to obtain the data for the problems and solutions. In the study, sub-themes of power outage, technical problems (absence of pc, tablet, etc.), lack of parent follow-up, low motivation and health problems were determined under the theme of the problems identified by the secondary school administrators during the covid-19 process. The sub-themes of keeping the Eba support point ready for students to use, informing parents about the situation of the students by phone and message, sharing information between teachers in online classes, frequently informing about ways to protect against the covid-19 epidemic, and supporting personal development with videos on social media. determined. In line with the developments observed in the process, it is thought that the pandemic process continues and that appropriate regulations should be integrated into education and training.
