Abstract
DNA test ve analiz yöntemleri gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bir yandan da kişiye özel tedavinin bile bir parçası haline gelmektedir. Yakın gelecekte, kullanılması gerekli ilaç ve tedavi yöntemlerinin tespitinde DNA test ve/veya analizleri zorunlu hale gelecektir. Dünyada giderek artan ve yaygınlaşan bir iş modeli ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu modele göre bireyler internet üzerinden istediği DNA test ya da analizini sipariş edebilmektedir. Ardından adresine gelen test kiti aracılığıyla toplanan örnekler posta aracılığıyla geri gönderilmektedir. Pek az test için kan alınması şarttır. Ağız içinden alınan sürüntü örnekleri en yaygın olanıdır. Ancak tek yöntem bu da değildir. Bazen vücut ya da saç kılı, bazen tırnaklar bazen semen gibi örneklerden de faydalanılmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerle alınan örneklerin taşıması da hem daha kolay hem daha hızlı ve hem de daha ucuz olmaktadır. Bahsedilen örnekler amaca göre değişim göstermektedir. Kişilerin sağlıkları ile ilgili olarak yaptırmak istedikleri DNA test ve analizleri için ağız içi mukozadan alınan sürüntü yeterlidir. Test veya analizin hangi amaçla yapıldığına göre fiyat ve süre farklılıkları görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda hayvan ve bitkiler için de DNA test ve analizleri yaygınlaşmıştır. Atların kuyruk kıllarından alınan örneklerle saf kanlığı sertifikalandırılmaktadır. Köpeklerin genetik testlerinden ise atalarının yüzde olarak ne oranda karışık olduğu görülmektedir. Kuşların cinsiyeti tüylerinden belirlenebilmektedir. Bazı cins kedilerin yine tüylerinden genetik hastalık sahibi olup olmadıkları da anlaşılabilmektedir. Tüm bunların yanında babalık testleri de rağbet görmektedir. Ayrıca kişilerin uzak atalarının nereden geldiğine dair merakları da giderek artmaktadır. Binyıllar on bin yıllar önce atalarının büyük büyük büyük babasının veya büyük büyük büyük annesinin orijini hakkında bilgiler merak edilmektedir. Daha da önemlisi bu veriler elde edildiğinde bunların coğrafik harita gösterimi üzerinde albenili bir poster almak da işin doğal bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Günümüz koşullarında bireyler oturdukları yerden dünyanın herhangi bir yerindeki DNA satış portalinden ihtiyaç ve bütçesine uygun alışverişler yapabilmektedir. İnternet üzerinden güvenli ödeme yöntemleriyle başlayan süreç, test kitinin ev adreslerine gelmesi ve çok basit yöntemlerle numune verilerek geri postalanması ile devam etmektedir. Ardından ise test sonuçları internet üzerinden talep sahibine geri gönderilmektedir. Bu yolla ülkemizden şimdiye kadar yarım milyona yakın örnek gönderildiğine dair bilgiler mevcuttur. Bu sayı giderek artacaktır. Dünyadaki örnekleri gibi; DNA test ve analiz çeşitlerini bir internet sitesinde toplayacak DNA satış portaline ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu makalede bahsedilen özelliklere sahip bir DNA satış portalinin kurulması için Pazar analizleri doğrultusunda; gerekli teorik arka plan ve teknik özellikler analiz edilerek isterleri ortaya konulmuştur.
