Қазіргі таңда болашақ педагог мамандардың басты тұлғалық сапаларының бірі -басқарушылық қабілеттері. Кәсіби құзіреттілікті қалыптастыру жеке шығармашылық қабілетті дамытуды, инновациялық жаңа үрдістерді дұрыс қабылдауы, күнделікті өзгеріп жататын ортаға тез бейімделуді қажет етеді. Бүгінгі күні жоғары оқу орындарының әлемдік өркениетке ұмтылып, дүниежүзіне іргелі ел ретінде танылып, Тәуелсіздіктің тұғырын 25 жыл берік орнатып отырған Қазақстан Республикасының болашағында білімді, білікті, саналы азаматтар тәриелеу міндеттері қойылған. Бұл міндет білім алушы жастардың шығармашылықтарын арттырып, өздігінен білім алуға және алған білімін іске асыра білуге үйретуді міндеттейді

Abstract
At present, one of the main qualities of future teachers is the ability to communicate. Formation of professional competence requires the development of individual creativity, the correct adoption of innovative trends, rapid adaptation to the daily changing environment. To date, the universities have the task of striving for the world civilization and retaining the knowledge, skillful and conscious citizens in the future of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is recognized as a fundamental country in the world and established a solid foundation for independence for 25 years. This task obliges the student to develop creativity of young people, to teach them to acquire self-education and to apply the knowledge gained.
