Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programlarında Görev yapan Öğretim Elemanlarının Eğitim Profillerinin İncelenmesine Yönelik bir Çalışma

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki Yüksek Öğretim Kurumuna bağlı üniversitelerde Mülkiyet Koruma bölümünde yer alan Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programında ki öğretim elemanlarının eğitim alanlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın verileri Akademik Yök veri tabanı sayfasında yapılan tarama sonucu elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışma; 2023- 2024 Eğitim Öğretim döneminde yapılan verilerle sınırlıdır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler, Öğretim elemanlarının eğitim bilgileri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir. Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programı alanında eğitim veren Öğretim elemanlarımızın eğirtim profillerini incelediğimizde ise 163 Öğretim elemanının olduğu bunların 143 tanesinin Yüksek lisans yaptığı ya da devam ettiği 69 tanesinin ise Doktorasını yaptığı ya da devam ettiği sonucuna ulaşımış olup Özel Güvenlik ve Koruma Programı içerisinde sadece 3 tanesinin Güvenlik Bilimleri Fakültesinden (Polis Akademisinden) mezun oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the training fields of the faculty members in the Private Security and Protection Program in the Property Protection department at universities affiliated with the Higher Education Institution in Turkey. The data of the research was obtained as a result of scanning the Academic YÖK database page. This work; It is limited to the data obtained during the 2023-2024 Education period. The data obtained in the study were evaluated in line with the educational information of the faculty members. When we examined the training profiles of our faculty members who provide training in the field of Private Security and Protection Program, we concluded that there are 163 faculty members, 143 of whom have a Master's degree or are continuing their studies, 69 of them have a PhD or are continuing their education, and only 3 of them are in the Security and Protection Program. It has been determined that they graduated from the Faculty of Sciences (Police Academy).
