Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitimde değişim yönetimine yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir.Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme stratejisi kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Bu yöntemle araştırmaya dahil edilen 12 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu meydana getirmektedir. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır.Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, öğretmenlerin perspektifleri, eğitimdeki değişim süreçlerinin karşılaştığı zorlukları ve bu zorlukların üstesinden gelme stratejilerini yansıtmaktadır. Öğretmenler, iletişimin, liderliğin ve işbirliğinin önemini öne çıkarmaktadır. Benimsenen stratejiler, öğrenci merkezli yaklaşımları ve deneyim paylaşımını içermektedir. Aynı zamanda, öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimi, öğretim kalitesini artırma konusunda merkezi bir rol oynamaktadır. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate teachers' views on change management in education. While determining the methodology of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. The research group was selected using the maximum diversity sampling strategy, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The 12 teachers included in the research with this method constitute the study group of the research. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the findings of the study, teachers' perspectives reflect the challenges faced by educational change processes and their strategies to overcome these challenges. Teachers emphasize the importance of communication, leadership and collaboration. Strategies adopted include student-centered approaches and experience sharing. At the same time, teachers' professional development plays a central role in improving teaching quality. |
