Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı okulöncesi müdürlerinin çocukların sosyal ve duygusal becerilerini desteklemek için uyguladıkları stratejileri değerlendirmektir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma grubu, amaçlıörnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme stratejisi kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Bu yöntemle araştırmaya dahil edilen 15 okulöncesi müdürü araştırmanın çalışma grubunu meydana getirmektedir. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Okulöncesi müdürlerinin çocukların sosyal ve duygusal becerilerini desteklemek için benimsedikleri çeşitli stratejiler ve bu stratejilerin çeşitliliği değerlendirmelerinde ortaya çıkmaktadır. Aynı şekilde, çocukların sosyal ve duygusal gelişimini teşvik etmek amacıyla kullanılan çeşitli programların etkisi olumlu bir şekilde değerlendirilmektedir. Müdürler aynı zamanda ebeveynlerle işbirliği ve iletişimde aktif bir rol oynayarak çocukların gelişimini hem okul hem de aile ortamında desteklemektedir. Bu yaklaşım, çocukların sosyal-duygusal becerilerini güçlendirme hedefi doğrultusunda entegre bir çaba olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the strategies used by preschool principals to support children's social and emotional skills. While determining the methodology of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. The research group was selected using the maximum diversity sampling strategy, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The study group consisted of 15 preschool principals who were included in the study with this method. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The various strategies that preschool principals adopt to support children's social and emotional skills and the diversity of these strategies emerged in their evaluations. Likewise, the impact of the various programs used to promote children's social and emotional development is positively evaluated. Principals also play an active role in collaboration and communication with parents, supporting children's development in both school and family settings. This approach stands out as an integrated effort towards the goal of strengthening children's social-emotional skills.
