BİREYLERİN SAĞLIK, ATALARA AİT SOY TAKİBİ, MERAK GİBİ AMAÇLAR İÇİN İHTİYAÇ DUYDUĞU DNA TEST VE ANALİZ SATIŞINA İMKÂN VEREN DNA SATIŞ PORTALİNİN KURULUMUNUN TEMELLERİ

Abstract
DNA test ve analiz yöntemleri gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bir yandan da kişiye özel tedavinin bile bir parçası haline gelmektedir. Yakın gelecekte, kullanılması gerekli ilaç ve tedavi yöntemlerinin tespitinde DNA test ve/veya analizleri zorunlu hale gelecektir. Dünyada giderek artan ve yaygınlaşan bir iş modeli ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu modele göre bireyler internet üzerinden istediği DNA test ya da analizini sipariş edebilmektedir. Ardından adresine gelen test kiti aracılığıyla toplanan örnekler posta aracılığıyla geri gönderilmektedir. Pek az test için kan alınması şarttır. Ağız içinden alınan sürüntü örnekleri en yaygın olanıdır. Ancak tek yöntem bu da değildir. Bazen vücut ya da saç kılı, bazen tırnaklar bazen semen gibi örneklerden de faydalanılmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerle alınan örneklerin taşıması da hem daha kolay hem daha hızlı ve hem de daha ucuz olmaktadır. Bahsedilen örnekler amaca göre değişim göstermektedir. Kişilerin sağlıkları ile ilgili olarak yaptırmak istedikleri DNA test ve analizleri için ağız içi mukozadan alınan sürüntü yeterlidir. Test veya analizin hangi amaçla yapıldığına göre fiyat ve süre farklılıkları görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda hayvan ve bitkiler için de DNA test ve analizleri yaygınlaşmıştır. Atların kuyruk kıllarından alınan örneklerle saf kanlığı sertifikalandırılmaktadır. Köpeklerin genetik testlerinden ise atalarının yüzde olarak ne oranda karışık olduğu görülmektedir. Kuşların cinsiyeti tüylerinden belirlenebilmektedir. Bazı cins kedilerin yine tüylerinden genetik hastalık sahibi olup olmadıkları da anlaşılabilmektedir. Tüm bunların yanında babalık testleri de rağbet görmektedir. Ayrıca kişilerin uzak atalarının nereden geldiğine dair merakları da giderek artmaktadır. Binyıllar on bin yıllar önce atalarının büyük büyük büyük babasının veya büyük büyük büyük annesinin orijini hakkında bilgiler merak edilmektedir. Daha da önemlisi bu veriler elde edildiğinde bunların coğrafik harita gösterimi üzerinde albenili bir poster almak da işin doğal bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Günümüz koşullarında bireyler oturdukları yerden dünyanın herhangi bir yerindeki DNA satış portalinden ihtiyaç ve bütçesine uygun alışverişler yapabilmektedir. İnternet üzerinden güvenli ödeme yöntemleriyle başlayan süreç, test kitinin ev adreslerine gelmesi ve çok basit yöntemlerle numune verilerek geri postalanması ile devam etmektedir. Ardından ise test sonuçları internet üzerinden talep sahibine geri gönderilmektedir. Bu yolla ülkemizden şimdiye kadar yarım milyona yakın örnek gönderildiğine dair bilgiler mevcuttur. Bu sayı giderek artacaktır. Dünyadaki örnekleri gibi; DNA test ve analiz çeşitlerini bir internet sitesinde toplayacak DNA satış portaline ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu makalede bahsedilen özelliklere sahip bir DNA satış portalinin kurulması için Pazar analizleri doğrultusunda; gerekli teorik arka plan ve teknik özellikler analiz edilerek isterleri ortaya konulmuştur.

DNA test and analysis methods are increasing day by day. On the other hand, it comes into the treatment specific. In the near future, DNA testing and / or analysis will become mandatory in determining the necessary and treatment methods. An increasing and spreading business model has emerged in the world. According to this model, individuals can order the DNA test or analysis they want online. In addition, the mail collected for the test kit is sent back. Blood is essential for few tests. Examples without mention of word of mouth are the most common. However, this is not the only method. Sometimes samples such as hair on the body and sometimes semen are used. With these methods, it is easier, faster and cheaper to transport samples. The mentioned examples vary according to the purpose. A swab from the oral mucosa is sufficient for the DNA test and analysis that people want to have regarding their health. Price and time differences appear depending on which advertisement is made for the test or analysis. At the same time, DNA testing and analysis for animals and plants has become widespread. The pure blood of the horses is certified with samples from their tails. From the genetic tests of the dogs, it is seen how mixed their ancestors were in percentage. The breed of birds can be determined from their feathers. It can also be understood from the fur of some breed cats whether they have a genetic disease or not. Paternity tests also attract attention in all searches. They are also increasingly curious about where their distant ancestors came from. Millennia and ten thousand years ago, information about the origin of the ancestors' great-grandfather or great-grandmother is curious. More importantly, when these data are obtained, it has become a natural part of the job to buy an attractive poster on the geographical map display. Nowadays, individuals can shop from where they live, in accordance with their DNA sales portal needs and budget. With the secure payment method over the Internet, the transaction can come to the home addresses of the test kit and continues by sending back samples with very simple methods. In addition, test results are sent back to the requester over the internet. There is information that nearly half a million samples have been sent from our country in this way so far. This number will increase. Like the examples in the world; There is a need for a DNA sales portal to collect DNA test and analysis types on a website. Market analyzes for detailed of another DNA sales portal shown in this soup; The necessary theoretical background and technical features were analyzed and revealed.
