Abstract
Atı ilk evcilleştiren milletin Türkler olması dolayısıyla at onların hayatının ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Evcilleştirilerek ulaşım, iletişim, üretim alanlarında olmakla birlikte hayatın pek çok sahasında attan istifade eden Türklerin yaşayışına bu denli sirayet eden at, onların inanç ve edebiyatlarında da etkisi izlenebilen hayvanların başında gelir. Edebi ürünler içinde kahramanlık destanlarında sıklıkla rastlanılan atlar özellikle merkezi tip olan kahramanın yoldaşı konumundadır. Destanlardaki kahraman atlarının bir tip olarak yer almasındaki amaç kahramanın olağanüstülüğünü ona yakın olan unsurlar vasıtasıyla pekiştirmek ve bir yandan da kahramanın giriştiği mücadelelerin ilahi sistemce desteklendiğine dair kutsi bir vurgu yapmaktır. Kahramanla birlikte destanın başından sonuna kadar her alanda yer alan at, en az kahraman kadar üstün ve olağan dışı niteliklere sahiptir. Çalışma, Nogay kahramanlık destanlarından biri olan Koplanlı Batır Destanı üzerinden kahramanın kanatlı atına dair özelliklerin ortaya konulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda kahramanın niteliklerinin ortaya çıkmasında kahramanla birlikte destan boyunca yan yana olan atının önemi ve özellikleri ortaya konulmak istenmektedir. Bu bağlamda inceleme, basılı metin üzerinden Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılmış Nogay destan anlatımı doğrultusunda yapılmaktadır. Kahraman atlarının üstün meziyet sahibi oluşları Nogay destanları içinde yer alan Koplanlı Batır Destanı’nda da açık bir biçimde görülür. Koplanlı Batır ile atı arasındaki ilişki destan metninde hem kahramanın hem de atının dilinden dökülen sözlerden anlaşılmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda yapılan incelemeler neticesinde kahraman atlarının da en az kahraman kadar olağanüstü niteliğe sahip olduğu, sıradan atlardan ayrışan yönlerinin bulunduğu müşahede edilmiştir. Koplanlı Batır’ın bir kahraman olarak kanatlı, insan dili konuşan ve anlayan, gelecek öngörüsünde bulunan, cesaret sahibi, cengâver, olağanüstü bir ata sahip olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Tespitler neticesinde Türk dünyası destan kahramanlarında benzeri biçimde olağan dışı kahraman atlarının olmasıyla eşdeğer nitelikte olan Koplanlı Batır’ın kanatlı atı da geleneksel kanatlı at tanımlamasına uygun düşmektedir.

Abstract
Since the Turks were the first nation to domesticate the horse, the horse is an integral part of their lives. The horse, which was domesticated and made use of in many areas of life, including transportation, communication and production, is one of the animals whose influence can be observed in their beliefs and literature. Horses, which are frequently encountered in heroic epics among literary products, are especially the companion of the hero, who is the central type. The purpose of including the hero's horses as a type in the epics is to reinforce the hero's exceptionalism through the elements close to him, and on the other hand, to emphasize that the struggles of the hero are supported by the divine system. The horse, which takes place in every field from the beginning to the end of the epic together with the hero, has superior and extraordinary qualities at least as much as the hero. The study aims to reveal the characteristics of the hero's winged horse through Koplanlı Batır Epic, one of the Nogay heroic epics. In line with this purpose, it is aimed to reveal the importance and characteristics of the horse, which is side by side with the hero throughout the epic, in revealing the qualities of the hero. In this context, the analysis is carried out in line with the Nogai epic narration transferred to Turkey Turkish through the printed text. The superior virtues of the hero's horses are clearly seen in Koplanlı Batır Epic, which is one of the Nogai epics. The relationship between Koplanlı Batır and his horse is understood from the words spoken by both the hero and his horse in the epic text. As a result of the analyzes made in this direction, it has been observed that the hero's horses have extraordinary qualities at least as much as the hero, and that they have aspects that differ from ordinary horses. It has been revealed that Koplanlı Batır, as a hero, has wings, speaks and understands human language, predicts the future, has courage, is a fighter, and has an extraordinary horse. As a result of the determinations, Koplanlı Batır's winged horse, which is equivalent to the fact that the epic heroes of the Turkish world have extraordinary hero horses in a similar way, is also in accordance with the traditional winged horse definition.
