The emerging technologies and the resulting innovative material approaches give rise to new potentials in the field of textile and fashion design and allow the development of creative products through the formation of new perspectives. Intelligent textiles are materials that respond to these stimuli when they are interfered with external influences such as force, temperature, heat, light, chemical reactions, electricity, and magnetic. In the development of wearable systems, the integration of information and communication technologies into a garment or fabric is the most important goal. In this study, about design, engineering, science and technology interdisciplinary collaborative or interdisciplinary electronic textiles, smart textiles, clothes with nanotechnology codes; The concept of fashion intertwined with technology, original application project and current fashion design issues were mentioned. A flexible led and sensor caftan was designed within the scope of the study. The unique design of the kaftan, the grandeur of the selected fabrics and the motifs used for ornaments are highly effective. From this point of view, the T-shape in the Ottoman kaftans in terms of model kaftan, which the author designed from this point, is similar in terms of being brit in front and long-flashy arms. On the other hand, the modern line that the kaftan has to carry in order to conform to the ceremonies in which it is worn in today's conditions is seen in the original design. The product design, in which technology and design are applied together, is revealed.

Today, many refugee students continue their education in our schools, especially in big cities. It has been observed that these children from different countries face some adaptation problems in the schools where they will continue their education. In this context, the research aims to present the views of teachers and administrators working in schools about the social cohesion problems and solutions of refugee students who continue their education in public schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. Qualitative research method was used in the study. Data were collected and prepared using semi-structured interview technique. The study group consists of 10 teachers and administrators working in primary schools affiliated to Amasya Provincial Directorate of National Education. In the research, it has been observed that the harmony between students in schools has reflections on the school atmosphere. It has been tried to reveal the sources of the problems that refugee students experience at school and the opinions about the solutions of these problems. The studies and processes that need to be done in a school culture that refugee students will adapt to are examined. As a result of the research, reasons such as language problems caused by refugee students' adaptation problems, psychological traumas arising in their lives, health reasons, cultural differences, familial reasons, and uncertainty in their lives trigger adaptation problems in schools. At the same time, it was observed that they were far from communicating due to the destruction of their sense of trust in others. In this context, it has been understood that with some special measures to be taken for refugee students, it will be more compatible with the school. They should be made to feel that the schools where they will continue their education are safe spaces for them. Creating projects that will improve social relations with other students will accelerate the adaptation processes. All education stakeholders should show the necessary sensitivity.

Performance appraisal approaches, which are constantly changing and developing in enterprises from the past to the present, are very important for decisions to be taken for the future. In performance evaluation approaches, the data obtained by financial measurements provide information about performance. Financial measurements are financial indicators that consist of accounting records and are of interest to shareholders and managers. With the change in the economic environment, practitioners and academics have criticized financial valuations for having short-term, retrospective and summary information, and have concluded that new performance valuation approaches should be applied in changing market and competition conditions. Many of the enterprises have also started using non-financial performance appraisal approaches that will provide effective, efficient and customer satisfaction to eliminate the limitations of financial performance measurements in the last two decades. With the change of customer demands and market competition conditions, enterprises have demonstrated an innovative attitude with non-financial performance evaluation approaches in their decision-making processes. In the transition from the traditional management approach to the modern management approach, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, superior quality, innovation, etc. approaches that give weight to the issues are applied. Elements such as design, purpose, cost, selection and qualities of performance enhancement need to be done in a realistic way. In this study, non-financial performance evaluation approaches (Benchmarking, Enterprise Resource Planning, Outsourcing, Six Sigma, Customer Relationship Management, Reengineering, Total Quality Management) have been investigated in a conceptual framework, a performance appraisal approach and successful in the market it was concluded that advantage can be achieved.

While Cyprus is struggling with these crises, the steps taken by Turkey in terms of foreign policy and the priorities taken into consideration while making decisions, the tools and techniques used have been determined. The crises that emerged with different titles at regular intervals had a significant impact on Turkey's crisis management processes and culture. Studies carried out in this context are also included in this article. In addition, the results of the crisis management methods carried out during the crises in terms of Turkish foreign policy were also examined. Thus, the effectiveness and adequacy of the Turkish Foreign Policy in managing the crisis form in the Cyprus issue has been evaluated. The impact and role of decision-making mechanisms on the future of countries and states in crisis processes is very important. Here, both the size of that role and the influence of international and national media and public opinion and the role of third actors are included. In war and crisis situations, intelligence studies are carried out with a unique approach and technique for each situation. During the Cold War, intelligence studies have become a strategy and a field in international relations. Almost all of the developing and changing intelligence studies serve the same purpose. Although the perspectives of the countries on the concept of strategic intelligence are different, it is necessary for them to be cautious against the crises that may occur in their future and competition areas. In this study, the effect of intelligence in crisis crises and the success in management processes are mentioned.

Evaluation Of Studies On Natural Capital Accounting With Detailed A Content Analysis

Financial reports produced in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles contain only financial information. These reports, which allow the measurement of financial performance and the determination of its effects, are insufficient in measuring non-financial performance and determining its effects. Sustainability reporting, which is the developed version of corporate social responsibility reporting, focuses on the environmental, social and economic performances of enterprises and the interaction of these performances with each other. In the 20th century, based on the fundamentals and notifications of sustainability reporting, integrated reports began to be prepared. In the preparation of integrated reports, necessary accounting information can be produced based on generally accepted accounting principles. In addition to generally accepted accounting principles, sustainability accounting, which is known to have a significant impact on the emergence of integrated reporting, also supports this process. In order to provide legal solutions to climate change and sustainability, the first Natural Capital Protocol was adopted in 2010 at the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity summit held in Nagoya, Japan. The sum of the values/expenses related to the natural resource stocks (environmental assets) that enable the flow of goods and services both today and in the future constitutes the natural capital. In this direction; Materials used in production and recycling rates, use of energy and water resources, waste management, biodiversity, emissions, environmental compliance and relations with suppliers can be counted as qualitative indicators for natural capital. Natural capital accounting, as one of the elements of sustainability accounting, is used to record changes in the level of decreasing natural resource (capital) stocks in the natural environment. The aim of this research is to determine and evaluate academic research on natural capital accounting with a descriptive content analysis. Within the scope of the research, research articles in the domestic and foreign literature between the years 2012-2022 (June) were examined. As a result of the research, it was seen that mostly natural capital accounting and related concepts were discussed theoretically in the studies examined. In addition, with the help System of Environmental-Economic Accounting Central Framework (SEEA CF), it has been determined that the accounts to be used in the process of accounting for natural capital are in the process of structuring.

The Differences Between Ibnu'l-Cevzi's Tefsiru Lugati'l-Qur'an And El-Wucuh Ve'n-Nezair

Dictionaries of the Qur’an have great importance in the studies carried for the correct understanding of the Holy Qur’an. Moreover, the rate of this kind of works among the studies in the first four centuries of Qur’an is much more than the studies in the later periods. These works are titled as Gharib al-Qur’an, al-Wujuh wa al-Nadha’ir, Lugat al-Qur’an, Maani al-Qur’an and also Majaz al-Qur’an. Studies which increased in recent times have carried a large part of these works to this day and served them to scholars’ use.
Ibn al-Jawzi, who was born and lived in Baghdad, the center of Iraq which was one of the most productive regions of Islamic world in terms of Islamic science, Wrote books such as Qur’an dictionaries, their titles given above, for correct understanding of Qur’an. The book which is studied and examined by us until the end of letter “d” (“dal”) is accounted among such works. The book registered as “Tafsir Lugat al-Qur’an” in library records is probably a rearranged version of his famous book “Nuzhat al-A‘yun al-Nawadhir fi Ilm al-Wujuh wa al-Nadha’ir”, because especially after letter “h” (“haa”) there is a great similarity between the two books. This book, remaining in single copy in Sehid Ali Pasa (nr. 116, 151) section of Library of Suleymaniye and examined by us, is another evidence supporting our view. Maybe the book was written by someone else by using Ibn al-Jazwee’s important work Nuzhat al-A‘yun al-Nawadhir fi al-Wujuh wa al-Nadha’ir.

Freedom Of Religion And Consciousness In The Context Of The Relationship With The People Of The Scriptures In The Culture Of Andalusian Tafsir

Freedom of religion and conscience in the context of Muslims' relations with the People of the Scriptures, although it has been discussed in a general way in many studies, has not been specifically discussed in the Andalusian experience, which is considered the most important meeting of Muslims with the West. There are differences of opinion among the Andalusian interpreters, who refer to the freedom of religion and conscience in the context of the relationship with the People of the Scriptures, on the issue of whether or not the coercion in religion is legitimate. For this reason, it is among the principal objectives of this article is to search the Andalusian tafsirs, and to determine and evaluate the opinions and thoughts of the Andalusian mufassirs on the subject.
The vast majority of mufassirs who dealt with the issue of freedom of religion and conscience in the context of the Quranic verse "There is no coercion in religion" stated that entering the religion of Islam is based on believing wholeheartedly, that it is not permissible to use compulsion in religion, and that a person who enters Islam as a result of compulsion cannot actually be a believer, even if he is apparently considered a Muslim. Although Andalusian mufassirs generally adopt the opinion of the majority, there are other mufassirs who have a unique approach on this issue. According to them, the relevant Quranic verse is related to compulsion to do wrong, and that is legitimate and valid to force someone to enter Islam, as long as the person who converts to Islam lives and interacts together with Muslims, he will be able to embrace religion with a sincere heart with the passage of time. In the issue of jizya (capitation), at the end of the sixth century, it appears that there are different opinions on this issue concerning the objection to the president's authority over the option of taking the jizya or not, and concerning the evidence about the necessity of accepting the payment of the jizya by the People of the Scriptures who pay the jizya.
As a result, although Andalusian mufassirs accept the general view of scholars on the subject, there can be seen mufassirs who think differently.

Traditional culture readings from the past to the present are formed as a result of the accumulation of thousands of years and form a rich research area. As a research area, art tries to present a different perspective on the concepts of culture, identity, belonging and memory. In this sense, it is observed that traditional instruments are used for different purposes in different cultures in different time periods. It is possible to read the geographical, cultural, economic, religious, political and social characteristics of their period from their traditional designs. Traditional instruments sometimes meet with technical experiences and sometimes with colors, patterns and forms in current discourses. The reinterpretation of this language, which has reached the present day without being lost, with different artistic dynamics is important in terms of keeping the past alive in the memories and creating a cultural memory. In this context, the interpretation of the artists in art practices, the handling of culture through the past and tradition, is considered as a powerful tool in the works of artists. In this study, how the existence of traditional arts and production forms in the field of contemporary art is interpreted within the scope of contemporary art dynamics is interpreted through different art practices. In this direction, it is aimed to see how the authenticity of cultural heritage takes place in current interdisciplinary designs and to carry the dynamism of reminder in the traditional context to a global dimension. Through the works of Paul Klee, Miriam Schapiro, Joyce Kozlof, Faik Ahmed, Gülçin Aksoy, İnci Eviner, and Canan Dağdelen, the emphasis is placed on the relationality of the concepts of identity, culture, gender, belonging and memory combined with the contemporary and the traditional, and actuality based on the traditional.

Some Muslim intellectuals living in Egypt in the 19th century, thinking that the Islamic world was behind the times in the face of the challenges of Western thought, started to seek remedies to get rid of this situation and as a result of these searches, reform and renewal movements were born. Among the suggestions put forward to get rid of the current bad situation, the improvement of religious sciences took place and naturally the issues related to Sunnah came to the fore. In the Egyptian media, the issues of circumcision and text criticism have come to the fore intensively. In particular, the criticism of some narrative texts over visual and written media by the rational approach has caused this issue to come to the fore more frequently. However, the fact that reformist and rational approaches brought this issue to the agenda through various media has attracted the reaction of religious circles. Although the traditional structure of the Azhar ulama and the official supervisory role of Azhar prevented this issue from being pushed to the extreme, it also prevented the problems from being addressed and producing moderate solutions. Because of this conservative attitude, private television channels turned this into an opportunity and accelerated their confusing and polemical broadcasts about circumcision issues. The subject of text criticism which caused serious debates in Egypt, paved the way for the emergence of different approaches such as reformist, traditional and Kur’aniyyun. The reformist approach argues that text criticism which is also seen in the tradition, should be prioritized in the evaluation of the narrations. The traditionalist approach opposes this idea, arguing that text criticism was done properly in the past. The Kur’aniyyun approach on the other hand, rejected the Sunnah altogether and resorted to text criticism only to prove their claims. The subject was brought to the media and caused serious discussions in written, visual and digital media. Both those who defended the text criticism and those who opposed it tried to prove their thesis through the press, media and scientific organizations.
