Abstract
Araştırmanın temel amacı öğretmenlerin okul kültürü algılarını belirlemektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntem ve tekniklerinden durum araştırması şeklinde tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma grubunu 11 öğretmen oluşturmakta olup, katılımcılar amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama süreci katılımcıların uygunluk durumlarına göre yüz yüze yapılmıştır. Toplanan verilerden uygun tema ve kategoriler oluşturulmuş uygun kodlamalarla içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin okul kültürü algıları üç grupta toplanmaktadır: %27'si okul kültürünün var olduğunu ifade ederken, %36'sı zayıf veya sürekli olmadığını belirtmiş ve %36'sı ise okul kültürünün olmadığını bildirmiştir. Ortak değerler, iş birliği ve yardımlaşma, etik kurallar ve okul kuralları ve törenler gibi dört tema altında toplanan değerler, iyi bir okul kültürünü oluşturmak için önemlidir. Katılımcılar, insan ilişkileri ve dayanışma, demokrasi ve iş birliği, planlama ve gelişim gibi temalar altında iyi bir okul kültürünün özelliklerini vurgulamışlardır. Ayrıca, %55'inin sembol veya logosu olan okulların bulunduğu, %64'ünün sembol veya logonun okullar için gerekliliğine inandığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The main purpose of the research is to determine teachers' perceptions of school culture. The research was designed as a case study from qualitative research methods and techniques. The study group consisted of 11 teachers and the participants were determined by purposive sampling method. Semi-structured interview technique was used in this study. The data collection process was conducted face-to-face according to the availability of the participants. Appropriate themes and categories were created from the collected data and content analysis was performed with appropriate coding. According to the results of the research, teachers' perceptions of school culture are categorized into three groups: 27% stated that school culture exists, 36% stated that it is weak or not continuous, and 36% stated that school culture does not exist. Values gathered under four themes such as common values, cooperation and solidarity, ethical rules and school rules and ceremonies are important for creating a good school culture. Participants emphasized the characteristics of a good school culture under the themes of human relations and solidarity, democracy and cooperation, planning and development. It was also found that 55% of the participants had schools with symbols or logos and 64% of them believed that symbols or logos were necessary for schools.
