Bu araştırmanın amacı, lisansüstü eğitim almış öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları sorunları tespit etmektir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve fenomenoloji deseni kullanılarak oluşturulan bu çalışmaya, Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerinde ve üniversitelerinde yüksek lisans veya doktora eğitimlerini tamamlamış ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na (MEB) bağlı kurumlarda çalışan 14 öğretmen katılmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacının yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler için geliştirdiği bir form kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Öğretim elemanlarının lisansüstü eğitimde yaşadıkları zorluklara ilişkin sorular bu şekilde yöneltilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre: kendisiyle görüşülen öğretmenlerin lisansüstü eğitimin getirilerine ilişkin görüşleri bireysel getiriler, sosyal getiriler ve ekonomik getiriler olarak 3 tema altında değerlendirilmiştir. Lisansüstü eğitimin bireysel getirileri, öğretmenlere bilimsel katkı sağlaması, mesleki açıdan katkı sağlaması ve idarecilikte puan sağlamasıdır. Lisansüstü eğitimin sosyal getirileri, sosyal statü kazanma ve sosyal çevre elde etmedir. Lisansüstü eğitimin sosyal getirileri ise öğretmenlere sağlayacağı maaş ve ek ders ücretlerinde artış ve kademe ve derece artışı sağlama olarak sıralanmıştır. |

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems experienced by teachers with postgraduate education. Using qualitative research method and phenomenology design, 14 teachers who completed their master's or doctoral studies in various provinces and universities in Turkey and who work in institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) participated in this study. The data were collected using a form developed by the researcher for semi-structured interviews. Questions about the difficulties experienced by the lecturers in postgraduate education were asked in this way. The data obtained from the research were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive analysis. According to the results of the study, the opinions of the interviewed teachers about the benefits of postgraduate education were evaluated under three themes: individual benefits, social benefits and economic benefits. The individual benefits of postgraduate education are scientific contribution, professional contribution and points in administration. Social benefits of postgraduate education are gaining social status and social environment. The social benefits of postgraduate education are listed as an increase in salary and additional course fees and an increase in grade and rank. |
