Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı aile katılımının okul öncesi eğitimde önemine yönelik okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile araştırmaya 13 öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış 3 sorudan oluşan bir görüşme formu tercih edilmiştir. Ulaşılan veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, ailelerin okul öncesi eğitimdeki rolünün ve bu alandaki stratejilerin önemini vurgulamaktadır. Öğretmenler, ailelerle işbirliğini artırmak için düzenli toplantılar ve iletişim yöntemleri önermektedir. Ayrıca, ailelerin daha fazla katılımını teşvik etmek için araştırma projeleri, geri bildirimler, eğitim materyali erişimi ve seminerler gibi stratejiler önerilmektedir. Bu öneriler, ailelerin çocuklarının eğitimine aktif katılımını teşvik ederek öğrenci başarısını artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Özetle, aile-okul işbirliğini güçlendirmek ve iletişimi artırmak için çeşitli yöntemler sunulmuştur. |

Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the views of preschool teachers on the importance of family involvement in preschool education. While determining the method of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. In this context, 13 teachers were included in the study with convenience sampling method. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 3 questions was preferred as a data collection tool. The data obtained were evaluated by content analysis. According to the findings of the study, the role of families in preschool education and the importance of strategies in this area are emphasized. Teachers suggested regular meetings and communication methods to increase cooperation with families. In addition, strategies such as research projects, feedback, access to educational materials and seminars are suggested to encourage greater involvement of families. These recommendations aim to increase student achievement by encouraging the active involvement of families in their children's education. In summary, various methods are presented to strengthen family-school collaboration and increase communication.
