Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitimde öğrenci katılımının öğretmenlerin aktif öğrenmeyi teşvik etme stratejilerinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme stratejisi kullanılarak seçilmiştir. Bu yöntemle araştırmaya dahil edilen 12 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu meydana getirmektedir. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, farklı öğrenme stratejileri ve yöntemlerini kullanarak öğrenci katılımını artırmak için çeşitli yaklaşımlar benimsemektedir. Teknoloji, öğrenci merkezli öğrenmeyi desteklemek için önemli bir araç olarak vurgulanmıştır. Öğretmenler, öğrencilere özgürlük ve seçenek sunarak öğrenme deneyimlerini kişiselleştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu yaklaşımlar, öğrencilerin öğrenme süreçlerini daha anlamlı hale getirme ve potansiyellerini daha iyi ortaya koyma amacını taşımaktadır. Sonuç olarak, bu öğretim stratejileri ve teknolojiler, öğrenci merkezli öğrenme ortamlarının oluşturulmasına katkı sağlayarak eğitimdeki çeşitliliği ve öğrenme stilini dikkate alma gerekliliğini yansıtmaktadır. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate student participation in education according to teachers' views on teachers' strategies to encourage active learning. While determining the methodology of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. The research group was selected using the maximum diversity sampling strategy, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The 12 teachers included in the research with this method constitute the study group of the research. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed using content analysis. According to the findings of the study, various approaches are adopted to increase student engagement by using different learning strategies and methods. Technology was emphasized as an important tool to support student-centered learning. Teachers aim to personalize learning experiences by providing students with freedom and choice. These approaches aim to make students' learning processes more meaningful and better unlock their potential. As a result, these teaching strategies and technologies contribute to the creation of student-centered learning environments, reflecting the need to consider diversity and learning style in education. |
