From past to present, human beings have added different cultures, different geographical locations to the fruit of the apple, and a variety of meanings and common values. In the Turkish Expression dictionary, the apple is the ancestor of all fruits and it is expressed that the entire apple species is spread across the earth from Central Asia and is Caucasian. The growth of almost every geography of the earth has transformed this fruit into an icon, due to its climate and variety. In Central Europe, the apple has been known since the Neolithic Age (8000-5500 B.C.). The apple fruit, which has a large place in Turkish culture, is considered to be a source of healing, efficiency, fertility, virginity, youth, it has been a symbol of beauty, strength, health, love, faith. Apple fruit has lived in myths, folk stories, traditions and beliefs for centuries. The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the place and use of apple fruit in myths, the meaning and meaning of the esoteric and sprituals in symbol science and the transformation of it into a brand indicator in accordance with the Research and Publication Ethics rules.
