Abstract
Sanat, her dönemde doğanın sanatla ilişkisini irdelemiştir. Doğa bağlamında üretilen sanatsal uygulamaların galeri mekânları dışına taşınmasıyla, 2000’li yıllarda çevresel sorunlara odaklanmaya dikkat çekmiştir. Sanatçı için nesnelerin kendisi bir bakıma yalnızca sürecin esas olduğu eserlerin ürünüdür. Malzeme ile temas yoluyla insan ve bitkisel nesnelerin uzlaştırılması ve bu eylemin sürekli tekrarlanmasıyla, yeniden keşfedilen bir keşif hissi yarattığı düşünülür. Bu çalışmada, sanatsal üretimleriyle çağdaş sanatta doğa ve insan arasındaki benzerliğe odaklanan, doğayla diyalektik bir ilişki kurmakta ve her seferinde aynı malzemeye farklı şekiller vererek yaratıcı yönlerini ortaya koyan İtalyan bir heykeltıraş ve kavramsal sanatçı Guiseppe Penone’nin sanata yönelik çalışmaları incelenecektir. Kaynağını doğadan aldığı eserlerinde, dünyevi malzemeleri şiirsel basitlikle kavramsallaştırarak dünyanın en önde gelen canlı heykeltıraşlar arasında yer almaktadır.İnsan ve doğa arasında güçlü bir bağlantı kuran Guiseppe Penone için doğa, yalnızca dış dünyadan ibaret değildir, onun içsel dünyasına giden bir yolculuktur ve sanatçı, kendisini bu doğa ile içselleştirmiştir. Doğadan esinlenerek yön verdiği sanatını, yine sanatı aracılığıyla ölümsüzleştirerek doğanın sonsuzluğuna vurguda bulunmaktadır.

Abstract
Art has examined the relationship of nature with art in every period. With the transfer of artistic applications produced in the context of nature outside the gallery spaces, art drew attention to focusing on environmental problems in the 2000s. For the artist, the objects themselves are in a way only the product of the works in which the process is essential. The reconciliation of human and herbal objects through contact with material and the constant repetition of this action is thought to create a feeling of re-experiencing. In this study, the works of Italian sculptor and conceptual artist Giuseppe Penone, who focuses on the similarity between nature and humans in contemporary art with his artistic productions, establishes a dialectical relationship with nature and reveals their creative aspects by giving different shapes to the same material each time, will be examined. In his works originated from nature, he is among the world's leading living sculptors by conceptualizing earthly materials with poetic simplicity. For Giuseppe Penone, who has established a strong connection between man and nature, nature is not only an outer world, it is also a journey to humankind’s inner world, and the artist has internalized himself with this nature. He immortalized his art, which he guided by inspiration from nature, through his art and emphasized the eternity of nature.
