Abstract
Turistlerin farklılaşan seyahat motivasyonları, turizmde farklı arayış ve beklentilerin oluşmasına neden olarak birçok alternatif turizm çeşidinin ortaya çıkması ve gelişmesinde etkili olmuştur. Alternatif turizm çeşitleri, çevre bilincinin önem kazanmasıyla sürdürülebilirlik anlayışına dayalı kırsal temalı turizm çeşitlerinin giderek yaygınlaşmasını sağlamıştır. Kırsal kalkınma için kırsal turizm önemli bir araç olarak görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda kırsal turizm, tarım turizmi, köy turizmi, çiftlik turizmi, arı turizmi gibi kavramları içeren farklı turizm çeşitleri günümüzde büyük gelişme göstermiştir. Bu çalışmada kırsal turizm çeşitlerinden biri olan arı turizminin bölgesel/yerel kalkınma ile olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Türkiye’de kullanımı ve bilinirliği henüz yaygınlaşmaya başlayan alternatif ve/ya tamamlayıcı bir finansman yöntemi olarak kitlelerin gücüne dayanan kitle fonlama finansman modelinin arı turizminin geliştirilmesinde kullanılması önerilmiştir. Arı turizminin bölgesel/yerel kalkınma açısından önemli katkılar sağlayacağı sonucuna varılan çalışmada kitle fonlama finansman modelinin bu turizm faaliyetinin geliştirilmesinde kullanılmasının faydalı olacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
Differentiating travel motivations of tourists have led to different pursuits and expectations in tourism. These expectations have been effective in the emergence and development of many alternative tourism types. Alternative tourism types have been effective in the spread of rural-themed tourism types with environmental awareness gaining importance. Especially rural-themed tourism types are based on the understanding of sustainability. Rural tourism is an important tool for rural development. In this context, rural tourism has developed as different types of tourism, including concepts such as agricultural tourism, village tourism, farm tourism, bee tourism. In this study, the relationship between bee tourism, which is one of the types of rural tourism, and regional/local development was examined. Within the scope of the study, crowdfunding financing model has been proposed as an alternative and/or complementary financing method, the use and awareness of which has just started to become widespread in Turkey, to be used in the development of bee tourism. The crowdfunding model is based on the power of the masses. As a result of the study, it was emphasized that bee tourism will make significant contributions to regional/local development. In particular, the application of the crowdfunding financing model will be beneficial in the development of this tourism activity.
