Abstract
Modernizmle birlikte sanatta kavramsal ve tepkisel hareketin ağırlık kazanmasıyla birlikte teknik bilgi ve uygulama alanı ikinci plana atılmıştır. Avangard sanat yüzyıllarının birikimini yıkarken, sanatsal ruhları alt-üst eden bir travma yaratmış ve sanatta bir marjinalleşmeye gidilmiştir. Dadaizm’in açtığı yolda ilerleyen Eat-Art, sanatçının özgürlüğünü sergileyeceği bir faaliyet alanı oluşturmuş, kahvaltı maddesi bir sanat eseri statüsüne yükseltilmiş bir tepkinin işlevini üstlenmiştir. Eat- Art sanatta yeni bir paradigmanın oluşumuna giderken Dadaist ruha da bağlı kalmış bir skandallar eylemi olarak nitelendirilmişti. Bu yüzden düzensiz, plansız, gelişi güzel uygulama alanıyla sanatta bir anlam kazanma yoluna gitmişti. Eat-Art Dadaist anlayışıyla tüm kosmosa, sorgulayıcı bakışın yanında, tepkici tavrın ön plana çıktığı görülür. Bireyin içsel duygularının yanında zihinsel çıkışlarda önem kazanır. Sanatçı denetimsiz duygularını ve metafizik düşüncelerini açığa vurmada Eat-Art önemli bir araç sağlar. Bunun yanın da önyargılardan arınmış sanat anlayışlarının genişletilmesinde de önemli işlevler yüklenir. 20.Yüzyılın yeniden yorumlanma zorunluluğu Dadaist belleğin tekrar gündeme gelmesine neden olur. Eskinin her türlü tutsaklığından kurtulmayı amaçlayan ve yüceltilmiş her türlü değerle alay eden Eat-Art sanatçısı izleyiciyi provaka etme amacındadır. İzleyiciyi gerçekle yüzleştirmek amacı güden Eat-Art sanatçısı, izleyicinin yaptığı çalışmanın gizini çözmeye çağırır. Gerçeğe yüklenmiş yeni mantıksal ironi kendine hemen uyumsuzluğun kodlarında bulur. Kahvaltı maddelerinin hazır nesne olarak kullanılması, avangard sanatının da ortak özelliğini oluşturur. Eat-Art yaptığı çalışmalarla hayal gücünün ötesine geçen çıkışların, gerçeğine yönelmiş eleştirileri ile kendini ifade eder. Eat-Art Radikalizmi kedine bazen politize ederek bireysel istençle anlam kazanır. Geçmişin ruhuna sırt çeviren sanatçı önemli bir provokasyon ile düşüncelerini öne sürmüştür. Özgür üretme sanatçıları, çok sayıda çalışmaları ortaya koymasına imkan sağlamıştır. Sanatta her türlü idealleştirmenin üstü kapatılmış, aykırı çalışmaları sergileyerek yaşama angaje olma felsefesi önem kazanmıştır. Gıda maddelerinin sanatta kullanımı sanatın değişen yapısı içinde kendine önemli bir yer bulmuştur. Eat-Art bilinçli bir benlik üzerinde konumlanarak sanatı ile yaşam arasındaki uçurumu kapatmıştır.

Abstract
With Modernism, technical knowledge and application area has been taken into the back ground by gaining weight of conceptual and reactive movement in art. Avant-Garde art created a trauma that overturned artistic souls while destroying the accumulation of art in centuries, and a marginalization in art was made. The Eat-Art which followed the path that Dadaism opened created a field of activity in which the artist could display his artistic freedom, and it took upon a function of a reaction elevated to the status of a work of art. While creating a new paradigm formation in art, the Eat-Art was described as an act of scandals that adhered to the Dadaist spirit. Therefore, it went on the path of gaining a meaning in art with its irregular, unplanned, random application area. With the Eat-Art Dadaist understanding, it is seen that the reactionary attitude comes to the forefront, besides the questioning point of view in the entire cosmos. Not only have the inner feelings of the individual but also mental outputs gained importance. The Eat-Art, in revealing the artist’s uncontrolled emotions and metaphysical thoughts, provides an important tool. In addition, it also plays an important role in expanding the understanding of art that is free from prejudices. The necessity of reinterpreting the 20th century causes the Dadaist memory to come to the fore again. The Eat-Art artist, who aims to get rid of all kinds of captivity of the past and mocks all kinds of exalted values, is in the aim of provocation the viewers. The Eat-Art artist, aiming to confront the viewers with the reality invites them to unravel the mystery of his work. The new logical irony loaded with reality immediately finds itself in the codes of inharmoniousness. The fact that breakfast items are used forms the common features of the avant-garde art. With its works, the Eat-Art expresses itself with the criticism that directed the reality of those beyond the imaginations. The Eat-Art, sometimes by politicizing Radicalism, gains meaning with individual will. The artist who turn his back on the spirit of the past put forward his thoughts with an important provocation. Free production has given artists a chance to produce a large number of works. All kinds of idealization in art have been covered up, and the philosophy of engaging in life by exhibiting contradictory works has gained importance. The use of foodstuff in art has found an important place for itself in the changing structure of art. By positioning itself on a conscious self, Eat-Art has formed a bridge for the gap between art and life.
