Eğitim Yöneticileri ve Öğretmenlerin Taşımalı Eğitim Kapsamındaki Öğrencilerin Eğitim Öğretim Motivasyonlarını Artırıcı Çalışmalarının Öğrenci Başarısına Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Türkiye’de öğrencilerin azımsanmayacak bir kısmı taşıma merkezi okullarda öğrenim görmektedir. Eğitim yöneticilerinin ve öğretmenlerin okullarda öğrenim gören öğrencilere yönelik yaptığı motivasyon arttırıcı çalışmalar öğrencilerin başarıları için önemli olduğu bilinmektedir. Bundan dolayı bu araştırmada, eğitim yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin taşımalı okullarda öğrenim gören öğrencilere yönelik yaptığı motivasyon arttırıcı çalışmaların öğrencilerin akademik, sportif, sosyal ve kültürel başarılarına etkisinin olup olmadığı incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, uzman akademisyenlerin görüşü alınarak sorular oluşturulmuş, yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Betimsel analiz yöntemi ile görüşme sonuçları analiz edilerek temalar belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın görüşme grubunda yer alan katılımcılar, Samsun ili Vezirköprü ilçesine bağlı resmi taşıma merkezi okullarında görev yapan 4 eğitim yöneticisi ve 9 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Görüşme sonucunda elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Taşımalı eğitim ve motivasyon ile ilgili son yıllarda çok fazla çalışma yapılmaktadır. Literatüre katkı sunacak bu araştırma bulguları, Samsun ili Vezirköprü ilçesinde taşımalı eğitim kapsamında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin öğrenme motivasyonlarını artırıcı çalışmaları ve öğrenci başarılarını artırıcı etkilerini gösterecektir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen veriler başka araştırmalarda kullanılabilecek, bu çalışmada elde edilen verilerden taşıma merkezi okullarda görev yapan eğitim yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerde faydalanabilecektir.Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, Eğitim yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin taşıma merkezi okullarda yaptığı motivasyon arttırıcı çalışmaların, öğrencilerin eğitim ve öğretim başarılarına olumlu etkisinin olduğu saptanmıştır. Motivasyon arttırıcı çalışmaların, taşıma merkezi okullarda yer alan öğrenciler için çok önemli olduğu, bu çalışmaların yapıldığı okullarda öğrencilerin akademik, sportif başarılarında artış gözlenmiştir. Sosyal ilişkilerinde ise olumlu etki olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
A substantial part of the students are educated in transportated schools in Turkey. It is known that the motivation-enhancing activities of administrators and teachers for students studying at schools are important for students' success. Therefore, in this study, it has been tried to examine whether the motivation-enhancing activities of administrators and teachers for students studying in transported schools have an effect on the academic, sportive, social and cultural achievements of students. In the study, questions were formed by taking the opinions of expert academicians and a semi-structured interview form was prepared. The themes were determined by analyzing the interview results with the descriptive analysis method. The participants in the interview group of the research consist of 4 administrators and 9 teachers working in the official transported schools in the Vezirköprü district of Samsun. The findings obtained as a result of the interview were interpreted. In recent years, a lot of work has been done on bussed education and motivation. These research findings, which will contribute to the literature, will show the activities that increase the learning motivation of the students studying within the scope of bussed education in the Vezirköprü district of Samsun province and the effects of increasing student success. The data obtained in this study can be used in other researches, and the data obtained in this study will be beneficial for education administrators and teachers working in transport center schools.According to the results of the research, it was determined that the motivation-enhancing activities of the administrators and teachers in the transported schools had positive effects on the educational success of the students. It has been observed that motivation-enhancing activities are very important for the students in the transported schools, and an increase in the academic and sportive success of the students in the schools where these studies are carried out. It was concluded that there was a positive effect on social relations.
