Açik Öğretim Lisesinde Öğrenim Gören Öğrencilerin Eğitimde Karşilaştiklari Sorunlarin Akademik Başarilarina Etkileri

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, açık öğretim lisesinde eğitim gören çeşitli demografik özelliklere sahip kişilerin açık öğretim lisesini neden ve ne sebeplerle tercih ettikleri, bu konu hakkında ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaştıkları ve yaşadıkları bu sorunların akademik veya diğer hedeflerine ne yönde etki ettiğini anlamak ve incelemektir. Araştırma örneklemini çeşitli amaçlarla açık öğretim lisesinde eğitim gören 8 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma kapsamında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma modeli nitel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan olgu bilim (fenomonoloji) araştırma olarak belirlenmiştir. Veriler betimsel ve içerik analizi teknikleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada yer alan açık lise öğrencileri yaşadıkları sorunlara dair çeşitli örnekler ve bunların bireysel hedeflerine etkilerine dair farklı nedenler sunmuşlardır. Katılımcılara, açık öğretim lisesi okumalarının nedenleri, gelecekteki eğitim odaklı veya eğitimleriyle alakalı hedefleri, örgün eğitim ve yaygın eğitim arasındaki farklara dair düşünceleri ve genel olarak açık öğretim lisesine dair fikirleri ile alakalı sorular sorulmuştur. Gösterilen sorunlar arasında AÖL derslerinin zorluk seviyeleri, öğrencilerin yaş ve çalışma durumları sebepleriyle eğitimlerini tamamlayamaması - tamamlamakta zorlanması ve çeşitli faktörlerin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrencilerden kendilerinin veya başkalarının yaşadıkları sorunlara dair çeşitli önerilerde bulunmaları istenmiştir.

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to understand and examine why and for what reasons people with various demographic characteristics studying in open high school prefer open education high school, what kind of problems they encounter about this subject, and how these problems affect their academic or other goals. The research sample consisted of 8 students studying at open high schools for various purposes. This research was carried out with a semi-structured interview form within the scope of qualitative research. The research model was determined as phenomenology research, which is one of the qualitative research designs. The data were analyzed with descriptive and content analysis techniques. Open high school students in the study presented various examples of the problems they experienced and different reasons for their effects on their individual goals. Participants were asked questions about their reasons for studying at open high school, their future education-oriented or educational goals, their thoughts on the differences between formal education and non-formal education, and their ideas about open high school in general. Among the problems shown, it was revealed that the difficulty levels of the ETL courses, the fact that the students could not complete their education due to their age and working status, and various factors. Students were asked to make various suggestions about the problems they or others experienced.
