Abstract
İlkokul müdürlerinin koronavirüs (Covid-19) salgınında karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerini belirlemek amacıyla olgubilim deseninde nitel araştırma deseninde yapılan bu araştırmanın çalışma grubu grubunu, 2020-21 öğretim yılında Malatya ili Doğanşehir ve Yazıhan ilçelerinde ilkokullarda görev yapmakta olan ve seçkisiz örnekleme yoluyla seçilen 30 ilkokul müdürüdür. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Konan ve Ulaş (2021) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan yarı yapılandırılmış görüme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formunda katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerinin elde edilmesi amacıyla sorulmuş üç soru, koronavirüs sürecinde yaşanan sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla da 12 soru bulunmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonucunda, ilkokullarda yüz yüze eğitim konusunda en önemli sorunun virüs bulaşma sorunu olduğu, uzaktan eğitim sırasında en çok teknolojik altyapı ve araç gereç eksikliği sorunu yaşandığı, okulların hijyen konusunda özellikle ilçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünden destek almalarının yanında çoğunluğunun kendi imkanları ile okullarında hijyen koşullarını sağladıkları görülmektedir. Araştırmada ayrıca bu süreçte yaşanan sorunlara özüm önerisi olarak da bilgilendirme çalışmalarının, öğrencilerin eğitimsel ihtiyaçlarının giderilmesi ve sürecin önemsenmesi gerektiği düşüncesinin öne çıktığı belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgulara dayalı olarak, okullarda koronavirüs sürecinde bilgilendirme çalışmaları kapsamında uzaktan eğitim sırasında ders zamanının küçük de olsa bir bölümün öğrenci ve ailelerini bilgilendirici görüşmelerin yapılması önerilmiştir.

Abstract
The study group of this research, which was carried out in a qualitative research design in a phenomenological design in order to determine the problems faced by primary school principals in the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic and solution proposals, consisted of 30 primary schools selected by random sampling, working in primary schools in Doğanşehir and Yazıhan districts of Malatya in the 2020-21 academic year. is the manager. A semi-structured interview form developed by Konan and Ulaş (2021) was used as a data collection tool in the research. In the interview form, there are three questions asked to obtain personal information of the participants, and 12 questions to determine the problems experienced during the coronavirus process and solution suggestions. Descriptive analysis and content analysis methods were used in the analysis of the research data.
As a result of the research, it is seen that the most important problem in face-to-face education in primary schools is the problem of virus contamination, the lack of technological infrastructure and equipment is the most common problem during distance education, the schools receive support especially from the District National Education Directorate for hygiene, and most of them provide hygiene conditions in their schools with their own means. . In the research, it has also been determined that the idea that information studies, the educational needs of the students and the need to pay attention to the process come to the fore as a solution proposal to the problems experienced in this process. Based on these findings, it has been proposed to conduct informative interviews with students and their families in a small part of the course time during distance education within the scope of informing activities in the coronavirus process in schools.
