Abstract
Yaygın Gelişimsel Bozukluk, günümüzde sadece kişiler ile sınırlı özel problemlere yol açmış aynı zamanda evrensel olarak dünyanın her tarafında görülen, toplumların her kesimini etkileyen ve giderek yaygınlaşan sosyal bir olgu haline gelmiştir. Yaygın gelişimsel bozukluğun kişisel, ailevi ve toplumsal alandaki yansımalarına ilişkin sosyolojik boyutları ortaya çıkardığı durumlar incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler sonucunda yaygın gelişimsel bozukluğa sahip kişilerin ve ailelerinin yaşamlarında veya toplumsal alanlarda karşılaştıkları güçlükleri, toplumla sorunlu alanları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Başka bir ifadeyle, yaygın gelişimsel bozukluğun geniş veya dar alanda kişileri nasıl etkilediğine, ebeveynleri psikolojik, maddi, sosyokültürel açıdan nasıl kuşattığına, aile ve birey ile toplum arasına nasıl bir mesafe koyduğuna açıklık getirilmiştir. Bu ifadeler bireyde etiketlenme, dışlanma, sosyal izolasyon ve yabancılaşma durumlarına ilişkin veya sosyal yaşamlarına dair bulundukları pozisyonları etraflı bir şekilde irdelenmiştir. Bu literatür araştırmasının amacı yaygın gelişimsel bozukluğu olan bireylerde toplumsal dışlanmanın boyutu ve nedenlerini tespit etmektir.

Abstract
Today , pervasive developmetal disorder is defined having limited special problems with ohter people, at the same time universally seen everwhere in the world, affecting all the segments of the society and became a social phenomenon İncreasingly in prevalence. The situations coused by the social dimensions related to the reflections of pervasive developmenatal disorder in personal , family and society areas are analyzed. As a result of these analyses , it is determined the difficulties of the people who has PDD adn their families having in their lives or social areas and the problems wiht the society. In other words, is has been clarified how PDD affects the people in norraw and wide areas and their parents in terms of pyschological, financial and socoi cultural issues and how PDD puts a distance between them and the scoety. These studies examined tagging, exclusion, social isolation and alienation situations of the person with PDD and their positions in their social lives comprehensively. The aim of this research literature is to detect the reasons and the dimensions of the social exclusion of the person wiht PDD .
