Abstract
Her bir halkın tarihi geçmişinde mitolojik temelli öyle değişmez gerçekler vardır ki, bu gerçekler insan hayatının teşekkül ve biçimlenmesinde büyük önemi haizdir. Bu anlamda türklerin kültürel değerler sisteminin temel unsurunu oluşturan Hızır kültünün de kendine özgü bir rolü ve yeri vardır. Söz konusu tarih ve medeniyetin felsefi düzlemde anlaşılır olması bir etnosun mitolojik ve felsefi düşünce biçiminin derin katmanlarına nüfuz etmek için teorik düzlemde geniş imkanlar sağlar. Böyle bir imkan yüzyıllarca oluşmuş ve biçimlenmiş olan medeni ve manevi-ahlaki özgünlüğü derinden anlamayı olanaklı kılar. İnsan düşüncesinin evrimi kadar dramatik bir olay yoktur. Dünya bazen insanoğluna bu dramatikliğin oluşturduğu "renkleri" hatırlatıyor. Burada her "renk" in kendine özgü bir anlamı, bir rolü ve bir amacı vardır. Düşüncenin ilkin katmanlarına özgü olan mitolojik düşünceyi bu açıdan incelediğimizde, kabül görmüş tasavvur ve algıları değiştirebilecek bir gerçeklikle karşılaşırız. Böylece insanoğlu hayatının kaynağına ilişkin düşüncelerini revize etmek zorunda kalıyor. Böyle bir durum, felsefi açıdan mitolojilerin toplumun biçimlenmesinde ve tarihi evriminde oynadığı rol ve yer hususunda tekrar düşünmeyi gerektirir demek oluyor. Türk halklarının tarihinin, medeniyetinin, felsefi düşünce sisteminin derinden ve geniş boyutta incelenmesi küreselleşmenin mevcut olduğu gezegenimizde türk tarih ve medeniyetinin hakettiği yeri almasına ve binlerce yıl hafızalardan tevarüs eden zengin değerlerin objektiv değerini kazanmasına büyük imkanlar sağlayabilir

Abstract
In the history of every nation there are certain treasures of wisdom, based on myths that play a very important role in the formation of human life. The cult of Khizir, which is an integral part of the common Turkic value system, also occupies a special place and plays a peculiar role in this dynamics. His philosophical perception enables the great Turkic ethnos to penetrate into the deeper layers of the mythological and philosophical way of thinking. It also allows us to better understand the cultural and spiritual-moral identity that has been forming for centuries. There is no dramatic process as the evolution of human thinking. The world sometimes reminds the human the “colors” created by that dramaticism. Every “color” has its own meaning, role and purpose. When we look at the mythical thinking that exists in the original layers of thinking, we are faced with the reality that can change the perceptions taken. Human beings have to rethink what they think of the source of their lives. From a philosophical standpoint, it means understanding the need for myths to re-think about the place and role of society in the formation and historical evolution. A deep and thorough study of the history, culture, and philosophical thinking of the Turkic peoples can help them to take the place they deserve in a globalized world and get an objective assessment of the spiritual treasures that have passed through a sieve of millennia.
