Abstract
Türkiye- Afganistan ilişkileri Osmanlı devleti zamanında başlasa da resmi ve köklü ilişkiler bağlamında Mustafa Kemal Atatürk döneminde zirve noktaya taşınmıştır. Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin sözü edilen sıkıntılı yıllarında Atatürk liderliğindeki yeni devlet, kardeş ülke Afganistan’ı ihmal etmemiştir. Atatürk, Afgan kralının isteğini yerine getirerek Afganistan’ın devlet kurumlarının birçoğuna Türk bilim adamlarını göndermiştir. İlk modern eğitim, Atatürk zamanında başlamış ve 1928 yılında kız öğrencileri ilk kez Türkiye’ye eğitim için gönderilmiştir. Afgan halkı Atatürk’ün dostluğunu unutmayarak, onun adını posta pullarına yazmışlar, birçok okula birçok caddeye ya da hastaneye vermişlerdir. Günümüzde bu isimler hâlâ canlılığını korumaktadır. Bu konuya bildirimizde de değineceğiz. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ile Afganistan devleti arasındaki samimi dostluk 1960’lı yıllara kadar ciddi manada gelişmiştir. O yıllardan sonra birtakım sorunlar yaşanmıştır. Bahsi geçen sorunlar Afganistan’ın kendi içerisinde yaşadığı sorunlar ekseninde gerçekleşmiştir. 2001 yılında kurulan yeni Afgan devletiyle Türkiye Cumhuriyeti arasındaki ilişkilerin yeniden ivme kazandığı görüşündeyiz. Bildirimizde, tohumları Mustafa Kemal Atatürk tarafından atılan kardeşane ilişkilere değinerek Afganistan’la samimi ilişkileri kuran Türkiye’nin bu ülkedeki faaliyetlerine yer vereceğiz. Ayrıca bahsi geçen Türk büyüğüne Afgan halkının duyduğu içten sevgiyi dile getireceğiz.

Abstract
Turkey-Afghanistan relations at the time of the Ottoman Empire first, too formal and strong relations in the context of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk moved to the peak period. Atatürk's leadership in the new state in the troubled years of the Republic of Turkey said his brother countries has not neglected Afghanistan. Atatürk fulfilled the request of the Afghan king and sent Turkish scientists to many of Afghanistan's state institutions. The first modern education, Ataturk started on time and in 1928 female students were sent for training in Turkey for the first time. The Afghan people have not forgotten the friendship of Ataturk, they have written his name on the postage stamps, they have given many schools to many streets or hospitals. Today, these names are still alive. We will also touch on this issue in our report. sincere friendship between the Republic of Turkey with the advanced state of Afghanistan is serious, until the 1960s. After those years, some problems were experienced. The aforementioned problems occurred in line with the problems experienced by Afghanistan in itself. Founded in 2001, the relations between the Republic of Turkey, we believe the new Afghan government re-gained momentum. Our statement, referring to the seeds of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk's Turkey by establishing brotherly relations thrown into intimate relations with Afghanistan will place its activities in this country. In addition, we will express the sincere love of the Afghan people to the mentioned Turkish elder.
