Abstract

Bilindiği gibi çizgi az veya çok sayıda birbirine yakın konumlanan noktaların ardı sıra diziliminden oluşmaktadır. El ve beyin etkileşimi açısından çocukluk yıllarının ilk dönemlerinde çizgiyle başlayan basit şekiller iletişim kurma çabamızdır. Sanatsal öğretinin temelinde yer alan çizgi, bir duygu aktarım aracı olarak iki boyutlu veya üç boyutlu tasarım yüzeyinde anlam inşa etmenin bir yöntemi olarak tasarımcıya sınırsız bir evren sunmaktadır. Her tasarım yüzeyi ızgara (grid) sistemin kurgulamaya kazandırdığı işlevselliğe bağlı olarak çizgi açısından değerlendirilir. Bu yönüyle çizgi tasarımcının algı dünyasında sürekli var olan bir imge olarak yüzeyin düzenlenmesine hayali olarak etki ettiği gibi tasarım yüzeyinde gözle görülebilir bir yapıda da anlam inşa etmeye yardımcı olmaktadır. Çizgi, bir grafik tasarım ürünü olan afiş tasarımı açısından da temel bir tasarım öğesidir. Bu yönüyle araştırma afiş tasarımında yer verilen çizgi öğesinin nedenselliğine odaklanmaktadır. Literatür taramasına bağlı olarak yapılan araştırma, bir tasarım öğesi olarak çizginin içerik, anlam ve görsel mesaj açısından önemini vurgulamaktadır. Afişin özellikle modern sanat hareketleriyle başlayıp günümüze kadar uzanan tarihsel gelişim sürecinde içinde bir veya birden fazla çizgi öğesi barındıran pek çok sosyal, kültürel veya ticari afiş tasarımı mevcuttur. Çizgi ızgara sisteminin afişin tasarım sürecine kazandırdığı teknik yaklaşım yanı sıra grafik öğelerin şekillerini belirleme, grafik öğeler arasında ikili veya çoklu bağ kurmak, grafik öğeler arasında sınırlar belirlemek, içerikle ilişkilenen kavramlarla etkileşim kurmak ya da afişte tamamen soyut bir anlatımı ifade etmenin aracı olabilmektedir. |

As it is known, the line consists of a succession of dots positioned close to each other, more or less. In terms of hand and brain interaction, simple shapes starting with the line in the early childhood years are our effort to communicate. Line, which is at the basis of artistic teaching, offers an unlimited universe to the designer as a method of constructing meaning on a two-dimensional or three-dimensional design surface as a means of conveying emotion. Each design surface is evaluated in terms of line depending on the functionality that the grid system brings to the design. In this respect, as an image that is constantly present in the perception world of the designer, the line not only affects the organization of the surface imaginatively, but also helps to build meaning in a visible structure on the design surface. Line is also a basic design element in terms of poster design, which is a graphic design product. In this respect, the research focuses on the causality of the line element in poster design.
