The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between the burnout perceptions of classroom teachers and their job satisfaction and their intention to leave the school. As a method in the study, the relational research model was used to determine the relationship between the burnout perceptions of classroom teachers, their job satisfaction and their intention to leave the school. The sample group consists of 867 classroom teachers working in Başakşehir and Şişli districts in Istanbul. The SPSS program was used to analyze the data obtained by applying the "Burnout Scale", "Job Satisfaction Scale", "The School Leaving Intention Scale". It was determined that the total burnout perception score corresponded to the "Sometimes" range. Teachers' job satisfaction levels are determined as "Medium Level". It was concluded that the teachers' perceptions of the intention to quit were also “Medium Level”. In the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, it was found that there was a moderate negative relationship between teachers' job satisfaction (in all dimensions) and burnout perceptions and their intention to leave school. In the regression analysis, it was concluded that teachers' burnout levels were a significant predictor of both their job satisfaction and their intention to leave school.
