If the systems are not integrated, there is no learning or sharing platform. It may be useful to provide inter-employee coordination for the learning school. People tend to be more creative in environments where they feel free. Human resources policies can create Confidence in working environment, analysis of corporate culture, support of employees. Communication mechanisms and tools can also determine how, where and what is shared and discussed. It may be helpful to strengthen communication for learning. The purpose of this study was to determine learning perception of primary teachers working in lifelong learning centers. The screening model was used in this study. The study sample consisted of 288 teachers, attending the working- primary teachers at public education in Istanbul in 2017-2018. Data collection instruments used in the study was “Learning School Scale Form (Subaşı, 2010) and “Personal Information Form”. Mann Whitney u test, t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. It was found that the learner school scale scores of the male primary teachers were higher than the female classroom teachers. Results of Learner School Scale analysis revealed that the 51 age and over have significantly explained with all other groups and the 51-year-old and over group had the lowest learning school scale scores. It was found that the highest school scale scores were between 30-40 ages. A diversity dominant individual lower dimension and total scale could not be significant differences. Moreover, it is not significant differences between Undergraduate degrees and master degrees. It was observed that those who have 16 years or more had the lowest ‟Learner School Scale”. It was determined that the highest learning school scale score was between the ages of 11-15 years. It has been observed that those who have 0-5 year’s seniority and 6-10 years and 11-15 years seniority have the lowest learning school scale scores. In the context of these results, communication and coordination in a learning organization is important. It may be helpful to conduct regular meetings in order to ensure inter-teacher communication in Lifelong learning centers to extract useful general practical methods.
