Abstrack: Mobbing (psychological mobbing) occurs among subordinate, superior or employees with the same status by being constantly and systematically exposed to aggressive behavior. In today's world, with the increase of competition, mobbing increases and turns into a workplace disease. Such behaviors cause various traumas on both individuals, the organization and society. By this study, mobbing attack types, causes, reaction styles and developed conflict methods in educational organizations were tried to be determined. The research was conducted with 12 teachers and 17 school administrators (principal and vice principals). This research was carried out by using the phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods. The data were collected by using the semi-structured interview technique. The data collected from the participants were analyzed with the descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the analysis of the data, the researchers found that some participants did not have sufficient awareness about mobbing, some remained silent and some responded to seek their rights.
